The safest country in Central américa, for sure. Maybe nowadays El salvador is safer I don´t know, but is safer by force, I mean, it´s ok, but it took a lot of effort, you know, police, curfew... on the contrary Nicaragua is like this naturally. In my opinion we´re like this, because we have been through a lot (invasions, wars, hurricanes, earthquakes, dictatorships, revolutions, well, it´s impresive if you look back 😪), and that me make us humble and in a kind a way we sopport each other, mostly the people from outside (foreign) obviously, foreign with good intention. Enjoy your stay here, try to vinculate with the people, explore what this country has to offer, help local people and you won´t regret. Bless. A nicaraguan
Twice a year we take a road trip from Matagalpa to Popoyo Rivas, and we never ever felt unsafe or threatened … What trouble us the the most is when is time to leave the country and head back to the 🇺🇸. That’s how much we love this country ❤
@@SCSC-qz7rr we first found their website then met with them and looked at projects they've done. As for attorneys, it's all about references from others who have done things and know where to go for what you need.
Even in San Francisco, California you can see stores with chips and snacks products locked to prevent thefts.... Are the United States an unsafely country ? No 😊
Bendiciones 🙏

@@ramongaldamez3486 It's nice of you to feel that way about Nicaragua. I hope you stay for good and enjoy
Soy Boricua, te entiendo! I am on my way! Met some nicaragüenses in Louisiana, fell in love with them….should land mid August!
How did you find a builder in Nicaragua? And how was the process with an attorney and people involved in making sure the property is yours?
