- I went to have a $7 Hanoi Haircut...except it was actually in the Eastern part of Berlin, Germany, at the all famous Dong Xuan Centre.
The place is like a little Vietnam, with a whole bunch of halls selling all different kinds of stuff...Except no cameras are allowed and there is a super hostile atmosphere in there especially for a big blondy like myself walking around with a GoPro in his hand.

About filming in this place: I somehow suspect some people working there were perhaps illegally in Europe and did not want their faces being recorded.
That and also the fake merch, which is now illegal in Berlin. €µ blind eye

@@TeaTime... I know many of the guys working there as I live just around the corner. Germany also has very strict laws when it comes to illegal work. Expecting people to be illegal workers just because they are non white is racist bullshit. Maybe travel a bit and educate yourself

Kurt 😂 i am from berlin bro and i can tell you even why they didnt like the camera at this spot. Most of the people works there without paper (black/dont pay taxes) and its a kind of a shady place. You can get everything over there. And if the feds enter they cant define who works there and who not...everybody turns into a "client". You see its in germany but no german works there and even nobody speaks well german 😂

I'd like to see him go to Iraq, Iran, Russia, China, Cuba cover more African nations & India & Indonesia plus North Korea. It's kind of surprising that Kurt doesn't realize that when you point a camera at people/their children they are going to feel strange and will obviously wonder why you're pointing the camera, it's not them that are being weird, it's the person filming them while seemingly talking to themselves in a foreign language that is weird. 😂

@@Eddy-we2nq I had barbers in the US that messed up my hair and ones in Germany, but there are also really skilled/solid ones in both countries. The US is definitely more expensive if you go to a really good barber, last time I’ve been there they started at around 20 USD for the cheap ones and went up to 40USD and more. In Germany it’s already expensive when you’re paying 20USD plus most of our barbers are Turkish or Arabic and once you find the right one, they’re quite good. And I don’t care about his technique, but the result is just not good in my opinion, you’re still seeing a huge line so that is no fade at all.
But anyways it’s only a haircut, so no need to argue about that too much

The sides are like a 0-1 but the back is #3. I would always get a good fade when I was in the military and still keep is short except on top. You can never go wrong with a #1 or #2 on the sides.

We have something like this where I live. It’s an inside/outside flea market and farmers market that looks just like the inside of where you are lol but it’s not entirely Asian. The Amish have a lot of food stalls & whatnot as well.

Yes, you are wrong, 'coz many assumed I was German-born when I was merely a transient tourist just 'coz there're so many 2nd-generation German citizens of Asian and other non-White ancestries. German legal citizen does not equal White. There are many naturalized citizens too. Best not to speak on behalf of a country if you don't know much about it.

We have Hmong, Somali, and Latin "bizarre's" mini-malls in Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN. Other Caucasians walking around, maybe not a man recording himself. I visit a few Latin and Hmong places for "authentic" food - not Taco Bell. They can spice things up, but my bland German/Scandinavian palate does not allow me to be too adventurous. Haircuts, I know I am getting old when they spend more time trimming your neck and eyebrows than my head.
