The blue part is redundant. It is better not to replace the rubber with plastic, but to add another 3/4 size silicone plumbing gasket to avoid breaking through the shock absorber. Parts fit well but need to be printed with photopolymer resin rather than plastic for greater accuracy and reliability
You can download the stl file free in the description for the parts. If you dont have 3d printer you can send the file to companie pcbway they make the parts for you for small price that's best solution for you just need to choise material tpu 95 or nylon there you go
Fast way step 1 download file for the parts . step 2 go to the site pcbway choose 3d printing .step 3 upload the file to pcbway choose materials tpu 95 or nylon for the parts
Thxns . On your question. yes i now I need to look up at the sites one day. but I'm in the learning steps of designing. I need to figure al that out in the future but Sometimes I don't find right time for it .
Thank you so luch for the parts, I'm printing them and see how it goes, im confident it will fix it!!
I've printed the pieces in TPU and an flexible resin as well just in case
Hi can't remove the nut that holds the suspension spring...
Tell me which plastic you used to print the parts.
I have used tpu 95 shore .
Perhaps you can share with Segway!
I think some grease on the tube might minimize some of the movement
