Red bull Hardline 2022 was my favourite biking evet because of the coverage before the race. The discovery and testing of the new jumps was intense. And this feels exactly the same. So hyped!

Those trails look sick but the amount of pristine Tasmanian forest clearing that’s happening here is a little bit of a concern. Doesn’t look like there is too much care taken to have as little impact as possible especially considering that only 10% of riders outside of hard line would even dare to attempt many of those jumps. Probably going to flamed here but Tassie forrest is pretty special and I am not say no trails cause I love riding but man let’s go for low impact! Those man tree ferns take like 100 years to grow.
Nice track walk! Especially the shots back up the hill way better reflect the hill show the size and steepness, great to capture throughout. Love it all together, track walk and then clinical testing progression, as one big vid. Thanks! Race is going to be sick!

the course needs some tweaking but it looks amazing! Could be an all time venue, love the work and the guts of these riders, bring it on! Also, I think the tight drop to rock landing (close to the tree on the left) needs some padding in the landing. That square edged rock gives me the creeps if someone clips the bars on the tree...
I was there a few weeks back when you guys were testing stuff out. Someone got airlifted out, were they ok in the end? I'm assuming it was one of the Hardline crew

Just a thought: when you're building and testing these huge jumps, would it not be easier to first use a wood takeoff ramp that you could easily adjust for height, steepness and distance before committing to building a permanent one out of dirt?
Sometimes they'll have a plywood cutout they can place on the lip, and see if the shape is right. I think that's more for dirt jumps though not big senders
