Your videos are so entertaining and informative 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻! I LOVE ❤️ the British acceptance of small bike adventure touring - especially using the Honda Cub and its variants as a platform! As the owner of a late model (2010) Cub, the possibility of using my bike for adventure touring never crossed my mind until I watched YOUR videos and those of Ed March, Kiwi Media, YodaGoat among others! Adventure motorcycling in The States has a lot to learn from our UK and Asian brethren when it comes to using the Cub for touring!!
thanks happy you enjoyed the video! i think tho that if i was to go around USA on a bike it would be a bigger one as everything is so far apart. but here in the UK eveything is alot closer togeaer
@frankjennings8647 I agree, and not just for Honda Cubs, but smaller displacement motorcycles in general. We’re way too obsessed with displacement and power here in the US.
There are plenty of reasons why I like your channel, Pezza, but the one over all others is that you don’t sit and talk about motorcycling, you get out there and do it. Thanks for this, it looked great fun although wet. Those fords with green on the bottom are very slippery!spectacular fall caught on camera.. brilliant! Les
Glad you were ok after the tumble mate, and the bike too. Looked like a very soggy adventure, even when the sun was out with the water crossings! 😀 That Curious Goose is super handy to have around at campsites!
I love these. Had many of them over the years including yamaha t80 townmate shaft drive.- yes really. The Bain for me was punctures always on the rear and such a pain. Never had one on my xmax250.
A story. My neighbour looked after a very valuable dog for a relative of his it escaped. I rode my chicken chaser all over the farm fields and got chased by geese. I managed to dump the bike in a field and get the dog. Chicken chasing no. Bike uninsured and dog recaptured.
Great video Pezza. I wanted to go to that rally myself this year but couldn’t get the time off work. I will defo try again next year. Some familiar sights to me, as I live in Stockport and the Peaks are my bike playground. I was in Castleton on my bike earlier today as it goes.
That was an excellent record of the proceedings. Those two roll bags you had as luggage, were they 40 litre each or so do you know? It would be good to see a typical camping luggage pack-up video from you sometime. Kind regards.
Interesting expression that - weather has stopped. What did you have then, if there was no weather, not even a good one? 😁 / All this rain footage somehow made me feel like going camping now...
Good to meet you briefly on the Sunday morning meet but hang on 21:15 how are you doing an overtake up Winnats Pass that’s beyond steep!!! I’ll have to be a bit more organised next year and get along on the CG125 or maybe I will of got a Cub by then 😅
yeah its allways nice to meet someone else who is doing the grand challange. the Honda CT dose not have a good top speed but it dose have some low down power! 0-37mph is pritty good
Between the hard crash on the muddy road, and what looked like a river crossing later on, this one was quite an adventure. So they have these Cub rallies a few times every summer?
@@HippoDrones thanks mate. I was knackered but had I been on a bigger bike it would have been easy. Gives me an idea of how long it will take for Lands end to John O' Groats.
So much fun to be had with small bikes.

"Chicken-Chaser". So cruel a description of the Cub..... and yet so accurate.:D
