I mean, I stopped using any for cleaner when I was a teen & realized that you have to re-mop with clean water to get the floor soap off the floor 😑. People tell me I'm crazy for only using water on the floor & no disinfectant: why? I don't eat off the floor so why does it need to be disinfected? You only walk on it.
Steam doesnt really kill germs in practical use. You would have to focus on every spot for 3 minutes for that to actually happen It's a half truth marketing gimmick.
I just got mine yesterday at Bed Bath and Beyond. Absolutely love it. I had the Shark Steam Mop which I loved as well, but the scrubbing action on this one is great!
Renee I received my Shark today. You did a great job of describing how it works. I am more than surprised and happy. I have animals and while I love them they can be messy. The Shark Steam Mop really helps.
I saw another person on YT. She had a Bissell brand with the rotating heads. I love mine! I've used 3 times. It makes mopping for this 70year old lady easy. I hated to mop before. 👍👍😍
Okay Renee, I REALLY liked this video. Guess what? Yup, I ran out to Walmart and got the S7000 -so it doesn’t have a light and only came with two pads, but I LOVE IT!!! I came home and steam cleaned most of my tiles floors and they are so shiny! And I’m not exhausted or falling over with back pain from mopping! I wish it cleaned the grout better, but believe me, I’m happy!! Thank you friend!! 😘😘
I'm a Shark fanboy on vacuums but this one really dropped the ball on a few important issues. 1, you can't shut off the steam (which would allow you to use this as a polisher) 2, you can't remove the water input area which is important because the water level is hard to see. Crazy shaped measuring cup only. For that reason I went Bissell which fixes both those issues
I've used a Shark Steam mop for years! I love how clean the floor feels when it dries! And I haven't had to use chemicals or rinse. ( I always wear socks when I use it.) I'm wanting the new one, now, but mine is still good, so I'll just have to wait!
Me too, and I always wear socks....old ones because I want the floors really clean and dry. I also spray a little cleaning vinegar on the floor as I go. It also helps to change the head often. I did wind up buy more mop heads because it came with three and that is not enough to do my whole condo. I have tile throughout. Nothing makes the floor look as good as when I use the steam mop.
Honestly, once a month. If necessary, more often. I used to mop once a week but I realized life is too short to spend it cleaning. I'd much rather hike in the woods or spend quality time with my family and friends or do something worth while. A little dirt isn't going to kill me. Our robot vacuum does the vacuuming. We named it Dobby :D
4 months later reply after 2 years and mine is even later. That’s gross. Better to have clean floors than bacteria growth, mildew and mold. A cleaner house prevents insects from coming in and people getting sick.
Hi Renee! This was a very informative video, thank you! I have used Shark steam mops for years but you had to "pump" them to produce the steam. This is so much better! I would put a few drop of lavender or citrus essence oil on the pads just to get a nice clean fragrant smell !
I just had to tell you that I went to Amazon and bought one of these for $129.99, something like that. But anyway, I just finished doing my diningroom floor with it and it is everything you said it was. Last year I had a health crisis that left me with low stamina and scrubbing my floors took everything out of me so they weren't getting washed very often. This did the trick so thank you for sharing this with us.
I've had my older shark style steam mop for about a year now...I LOVE it...one thing I do is pre wet the pad a little bit, it seems to clean the floor, in my opinion, better that way...:)
I think I beat you on when the last time my floors were mopped...January 1, 2023 and that is only because my sister was visiting and she did them! I am thinking of getting this SHARK. Thanks for the demo, Renee.
Thank you for the video! I just took my new steamer out of the box and couldn't get it to work and the pads were not rotating. I was afraid to break it. I came here and seen you step on the front and pull the handle down. I tried and handle went down and it started to work. Wow my floors look so clean! It was worth every penny!
Thanks for the video! I just got one at Goodwill for $32! Figured it’d be a steal if it worked as we just bought a house and it’s huge the mopping I was over in a week with the puppies we just got.
I bought a Tineco and realized even before I used it, that this spray and scrub is a better tool for the job. Thanks for the demonstration on the different floors I like the low profile.
Thanks for another fine video. My wife wants one now, so we will be shopping today. Enjoyed seeing Pollux and Maxxie and their reactions to the steam mop.
Great job Renee- l was really curious about steam mops. I wondered if they pushed the dirt around and how often you would need to changed the pads over. I liked the fact that the pads where gentle on the the skirting and furniture. Food for thought. 🧡
Nice demo. Should have used a damp paper towel test afterwards to see how much the steam/scrub actually picked up/left behind. I suspect the regular non-scrubber steam mop probably would have done better. Like others said, steam would not kill germs unless you hold it there for several seconds; like UV sanitizer wands.
unless you do a deep clean every single time, you won't get a clean paper towel. And deep clean means, hands and knees scrubbing with extracting all water and dirt and there are no pits or wear in the flooring.
So is either one even really worth it? I have concrete floors and have a microfiber cleaner and a steam mop that I was about to get rid of. Trying to fund the best way to clean them.
I clean my floors about every two weeks (I have a spine injury that makes it hard to do this kind of stuff). So I bought the Bissell steam cleaner and L-O-V-E it! The floors feel so much cleaner and it's easy to use. I also have a dog that enjoys bringing the back yard in with him...Lol! The steam does the trick, but do be watchful of your grouted tile...I got a little over zealous in our bathroom at first and the steam loosened one corner of one tile. I just had to re-glue it but I am way more careful now.
Glad I found this video…you did a great job…I will look o to this as I just got luxury vinyl floors…also, I lost my boxer a while ago…I also would like a precious to love again. 🥰. Miss her so much. Your doggies are precious.
I've had a Shark Steam mop for several years and I LOVE it!. Works great! the cloth heads do wear out in the washing machine but I get replacement heads at Walmart, 2 for $25. Since my linoleum is from the 1970s it can get alittle dull. So I use alittle Mop n Glo by putting it on the floor first and run the mop over it. I get a nice clean, shiny kitchen floor! Hope you love yours as we love ours!
I’m looking at various steam mop cleaner, primarily Bissell, but I really like the soft pads and the light. The maneuverability looked pretty great also. Thanks, Renee! Loved this review. Now to decide!! 😍
I bought the upgraded steamer 7201 because it had upgrades plus your review and we are thrilled. It cleans so well. I bought generic orange pads which I highly recommend too. Washed them in washer on hot with Persil and they came out like new. The floors were perfection. It took 6-8 pads to do our dirty floors but house is 2,000 sq ft. You won't be disappointed. We used scented distilled water.
It's only $129 right now. That's a great deal. I moved in with my mother and she has mostly carpeting and she has a steam mop that she previously bought used. I prefer a plain old mop. I recently picked up a Libman mob that has a spray bottle attached. You fill it with whatever you want and then when you squeeze the handle it sprays out and the pads are velcro too so you can wash them. It's been working fine. I mop when things look dirty. If you can't see it, I don't mop. I will definitely keep this in mind should I need a steam mop. Great review!
I bought one when we moved into our new house several years ago. The only difference in it and the new one is it had a single pad that was rectangular. It does a wonderful job and the floor feels so clean instead of leaving a tacky feel like mopping with a mop and detergent does. My late beloved Boston terrier had the bravery of a mountain Lion. He would always try to fight it always biting the pad and pulling its pad off and running around shaking it like a conquered victorious squirrel 🐿 it dried quickly and the pads wash in the washer. I always laid them on the top of my washer to dry. I need to order new pads now but I like the circular motion and smaller head of the newer one.
I have all hardwood floors on 3 floors. Ugh! I had rather have the wood looking floors like yours. Growing up in an older home our floors were 1x4 tounge and groove. I dont remember my folks having so much trouble mopping floors like I do. I think I'm the world's worst. But I saw an ad for this joker tonight and I'm already sold. Thank you for the video.
Thank you so much for making and sharing this video. I have had two surgeries on my back and getting ready to have my 3rd on the 8th of this month. I have two dogs also and my home has all tile with grout and that is exactly why I was looking into a steam cleaner. That being said, I just didn’t think a flat pad being pushed and pulled would be enough to get into the grout. This looks like the right cleaner for me. I had the triangle shaped cleaner and loved it but gave it to my daughter after she had her first baby. So, I knew a steam cleaner would help. I just needed a better version now that I am so limited physically. Again, thank you!! Your home is beautiful. 😁♥️
Hi! I remember Pollux recently arriving at your home timid and having issues with doors. He's doing great. Love your hair it looks so healthy and shiny 💖💖💖, last time I watched you, you were transitioning to gray. Oh dear... now I need a Shark mopping device, it's a workout for me. Thank you.
I have used Shark steam mops for years. The one I currently have is called the Genius and has a spray function I can use if I have a particularly problem area. I used to mop once a week but now I have a severe back problem so I only do it once a month. It is still easy for me to use because the machine does all the work, it's the standing that is difficult for me. I purchased the replacement pads from Bed,Bath and Beyond some years back and the price was so reasonable I bought 4 of them and they are very well made and last a long time. My entire house is ceramic tile and I have 4 small dogs . I love the machine and wouldn't be without it.
I loved this video! Firstly, I'm so glad you said you don't mop your floors often. Because I don't either and I guess I just assumed everyone but me cleans their floors all the time 🤦♀️ I also hate mopping, it's a sweaty exercise and refilling the bucket constantly for clean water, and then having to wait quite a while for it to dry. Hence me not doing it often. I've been thinking about getting a steam mop and your review and test are exactly the type of questions I had in my head. Unfortunately I don't live in the US and can't get this particular one, but I do feel a lot more comfortable buying one locally now. Thanks so much!
@@WelcomeToMyCurls My friendly suggestion: Order some additional pads now. As the technology advances, manufacturers change and upgrade or abandon models every year and the parts for last year's model may no longer be available next year. Without any warning Hoover stopped making Hepa filters for my Hoover vacuum cleaner and there it went a very good vacuum that I could no longer use.
Really good for large surfaces to get routine cleaning done. If you ever have some really tough dirty places or dirty inbetween tiles, Kärcher Sc2/3/4 or 5 will literally melt the dirt into nothingness. They can clean out dirt from places you have literally never thought there was dirt. Like the sink, the drain inside of the sink the dirt that can come out of that is wild (Not the inside ofc, im talking about the outter ring).
I used to have a steam mop (can't remember the brand) but then I found the Bissell Crosswave. It vacuums and mops at the same time. Both hard floors and carpets. I tossed the steam mop and have never regretted it.
Thats what I use. I love it too. It vacuums so good drys fast. I keep it handy because of my dogs. I bought 4 extra rollers so I can change them out between washes.
Be prepared to buy another one, i bought 2 cross waves 1 to keep upstairs and 1 for downstairs. Both of them broke after about 2-2.5 years. The battery no longer holds a charge and there is no way to replace the internal battery on these units. Bissell also does not warranty them as i conatcted them and they said its been more then 2 years.
@@TheRealAssistMan Mine does not have a battery. It is corded. I have had mine for years and never had issues with it. I use it weekly and it works perfectly every time.
@Moments with Vanessa Just the standard Crosswave. I think I got it when they first came out or at least when they first started advertising it. It's not any special kind like for pets or anything. It's green in color if that helps finding the kind I have. Look on Amazon and just type in Crosswave.
This was an awesome video Renee. That little gadget it really makes mincemeat out of an otherwise very tedious and hard job ... there is something very rewarding watching that steam cleaner get those floors clean. I also confess that mopping floors is not something I do as often as I should have even though I do not have nearly as much tile or hardwood floors as you do. I love the fact that it uses only steam, no chemicals, it has a light, it bends and swivels to accommodate for tight spots. Well done Shark who have addressed all those issues. The boys were not the least bothered by the new gadget, so cute. LOL For us here in Canada it is Thanksgiving weekend and even during these hard times we need to pause and give thanks. Have a great weekend Renee and happy mopping!!!
Since you have two sets of pads, I would use both. Kitchens & bathrooms are extra dirty. Don't put those in the dryer, BTW. I have had every version of the Shark steam mop. I alternate regular mopping with the steam mop.
This is so great. Thanks for your video. I just recently started considering a steamer mop. I hate mopping as well and dealing with the water, bucket and mop.
LOL....that's a really great feature. I NEVER get down and clean the floors behind the toilet! Just not gonna do it....but I'll let the Shark do it for me :)
I’ve had two, but even the one that made things look so much cleaner didn’t leave the tile as hot as I think a sanitizer would have to. So if you touch the floor immediately after running over it (carefully like an iron in case it is hot) and it is just warm to the touch it can’t be sanitizing, right? I could be wrong. But, the most amazing thing I bought and surprised me was a 15 dollar weldea pail and wring mop - the simplest version they have with a string mop head. No automatic anything. It is the very easiest mopping and the very best clean I’ve ever had!! I hated mopping and now I do it twice a week with no problem. Honestly, it is the best and I am an older person and all these years, I never dreamed it would be the best way to mop! I still have to empty the pail and rinse it, but even with that, it is a breeze. Needs less water than a regular mop etc too. I only bought it because I needed a new pail, otherwise, I would never have known. Oh, before, I would go weeks without mopping, because I really disliked it.
Good morning! Was about to purchase when read in comments not for actual wood floors...bummer....now if you can find a product for dusting...the chore I hate 😊 Have a great weekend! 🐶🇺🇸❤️
Hi Susie! No......it can damage real hardwood floors. I guess I failed to mention that in the video. Never occurred to me since my wood "looking" floors aren't real. Sorry!
I have two different steam cleaners and I think they may have damaged my laminate wood flooring. I'm not sure if my flooring had a "shine" and cedar smell "built in" but that seems to be lost now. I like the job they do but I think that they can dull the flooring (even ceramic) and I probably use mine less than Renee, One thing to be careful of, depending on your type of cleaner be careful when using in bare feet and clicking a tilt release with your foot. On some models you can get a nice little burn if you're not careful.
A test would be to wipe a damp paper towel over floor that you used the shark on. Would the paper towel come up clean or dirty. Looks like you are just cleaning floors with dirt from other areas. I would change the pads for each room. Prevents cross contamination. Order more pads.
I have done the paper towel test. I also had a mop and glow mop. That now dont clean anything. I had just mopped with that dropped water on the floor wiped it up and my floor was dirty. Like I never mopped. So out the door to the trash that went. If iam going to go to the trouble of mopping my floors want them clean.
Yup. But, this was first time cleaning. I would love to use it daily, because i love the clean feel kn bard feet. Not needed, and who has the time. lol Weeklu, monthly, when you get to it, I I bought extra pads to change for each room. I have the one that flips over, once to clean and flip for a second run and I can see it's clean. Recommend.
We don’t have distilled water on hand but I’m about to use mine for the first time anyway… have a new recliner couch coming Thursday and this is way past do, so glad I recently came across your video Renee… Happy Independence Day To You And Your Family!( pets included of course)
You sure can't beat the robovacs for cleaning! I've used steam cleaners for years bcs of allergies. Steam the mattress as well - I love that fresh cleaned air as a result of steaming. I live at sister's now. Never had ceramic tile before. Looking forward to cleaning my bathroom now!
I have 5 dogs and 3 cats in a rather small home. I have an older model Shark steamer and It is fabulous. I go over my floors 2 times in the traffic pattern. I love mine Shark!
I sweep my kitchen every day (because of our Lab, poodle is not problem) but I wash the floors as soon as I feel anything on my feet (which can be 1-3 weeks as I'm in the kitchen quite a bit) That Shark item looks pretty handy and I'd be curious on the lifespan and replacement cost of those pads! 👍
I have found when I purchase electrical cleaning devices like this my husband likes to do the work. Like the scrub attachment for a drill. He loves to clean tile w it 😉 win win
I had a steam mop when I lived in PA. It did work well for the job it was supposed to do. The problem was the summer time when it got hot and humid. The steam mop puts a lot of steam and heat in your house when you use it. It makes the air conditioning work over time. And, it keeps excess moisture in your home. It can actually work up into your attic and cause moisture problems. In PA, I only used the steam mop when our heat pump was in the heating mode and actually needed some moisture in the house. I now live in FL and I would not use a steam mop here; since we deal with such high humidity, we don't need more.
I researched using steam mops on my flooring and found that there are several types of flooring you shouldn't use them on. First, laminate flooring. Second, tile flooring that has epoxy grout. Lastly, LVT and LVP flooring which is what Renee has. I would urge Renee to consult her LVP manufacturer.
Most LVP products say not to use a steam mop. There are two major concerns: 1. High enough heat can soften the top layers and cause minimal, cosmetic damage. 2. The steam can seep through the joints between planks and cause damage to a wooden subfloor (either through rot or mold). I continue to use my steam mop on its lowest setting on my LVP because I have a concrete subfloor and live in an arid environment. So far no damage, but I'd definitely recommend that people fully think it through before making the decision for themselves. Especially when using an o-cedar mop or similar is just as good as a steam mop for everyday cleaning.
I have a Shark vac with a swivel head that I LOVE. This is definitely interesting but I just wonder if the steam will dull my luxury vinyl. Keep us posted on that please.
I'll put it to you like this I wouldn't use a steam mop on my luxury vinyl. When I had a steam mop and used it on my vinyl it streaked it and dulled it. Believe me I have used about everything their is on the market because I like clean floors. For me I use a crosswave , that so far has worked best for me and I ain't no young chick.
That really is a quiet machine - I wish they all could be that quiet! I mean, do sweepers and mopping/steaming machines *have* to be noisy to work? That includes blow dryers too. There's no way these machines have to be so noisy to work, I think it's just something that we are accustomed to and expect in order for them to work. Anyway, that worked really well on your floors. It's hard to believe that you went that long without mopping them and they still looked as good as they did. You guys must be very neat, even with your dogs coming in and out all the time. Color me impressed! Your home is so beautiful and cozy inside without having all kinds of pictures and knickknacks to clutter it up. The simplicity of it just makes it that much more attractive and easier to clean. Thank you for the video Renee, I've been looking for something to clean my floors that doesn't require so much elbow grease and I think this just might fit the bill! 💯👍
I have an older version of the Shark steam mop I bought last year. When I got it I did my own test, steam mopped tile and hardwoods, let it dry then mopped again using my old standby O’cedar spin mop & Mr clean. I was disappointed that although the steam mop cleaned the top layer of dirt, I actually got dirty mop water using the spin mop immediately afterward. I still use the steam mop for quick cleaning, but if I want to get my floors real clean, I have to do it the old fashioned way.
Renee I also told you about the shark vacuum that cleans it's own brush when Randy was removing hair from your vacuums brush. XxxxX I have an H2o steam mop they are great even cleans rugs and carpet xxx You can ad a few drops of your favourite essential oils to leave a nice scent on your floors too. xxx
Looks like a good product. I have several friends that just love their Bissel CrossWave cleaners which wash and vacuum at the same time. My daughter has the cordless one that she just raves about. Would love to see a comparison of these two machines.
@@llc1976 I question how amazing the crosswave is as well. I work at Ollie's & I actually stock the vacuums & carpet cleaners. I help customers with questions but I've never used the crosswave. People do rave about them but I don't understand: as I tell people "who's not going to vacuum their carpet before washing it?" Also, I did watch the infomercial & if it said on the infomercial (or on the crosswave box) that the crosswave is for ...rugs 😂 not carpet (& floors). But people do use it on their carpet. ...I don't know: maybe some people never washed their carpet before learning about the crosswave. ?
stay away from the cross wave unless you like throwing money down the dran. i bought 2 cross waves 1 to keep upstairs and 1 for downstairs. Both of them broke after about 2-2.5 years. The battery no longer holds a charge and there is no way to replace the internal battery on these units. Renee that Shark would also be fantastic for the ice cream shop... I have been using my little canister style steamer from Shark for years. It is so easy to steam my stove top clean. My stove top is my worst nemesis. I am all for anything that makes house work easier. Take care and hugs. Thanks for sharing your secrets 😊.
We have folks who come in and clean/sanitize the floors in the ice cream shop. It's a big job! Because we are using a dairy product, bacteria can build up on the floors. I leave this to the professionals :)

Crazy shaped measuring cup only. For that reason I went Bissell which fixes both those issues
Which Bissell model do you have? Does it spin? I'm looking to purchase a good steam mop
It’s not a polisher it’s a steamer
I LOVE YOUR HONESTY! I hate moping my floors too! 🤷♀️🙅♀️🤦♀️
Aaaw Dobby
4 months later reply after 2 years and mine is even later. That’s gross. Better to have clean floors than bacteria growth, mildew and mold. A cleaner house prevents insects from coming in and people getting sick.
Hi Renee! This was a very informative video, thank you! I have used Shark steam mops for years but you had to "pump" them to produce the steam. This is so much better! I would put a few drop of lavender or citrus essence oil on the pads just to get a nice clean fragrant smell !
Thank you for doing these unsponsored product reviews! You do a great job and your videos are very informative and helpful! Keep up the great work!
You are so welcome! I only share things I personally use and enjoy 😊
I just got one and it is Amazing. I definitely like how you can bump into things without it doing any damage.
Glad I got it.
Renee your hair looks spectacular today! I love my steam mop💥
Thanks so much!
I have used an older version of the shark steam mop for at least 10 years and love it. I have light colored floors and see everything.
I bought a Tineco and realized even before I used it, that this spray and scrub is a better tool for the job. Thanks for the demonstration on the different floors I like the low profile.
Black & Decker 7 in 1 works great. Grout looks new. Hardwood floors look new too. 😃
I have the same steam mop bought mine months ago and I love it. Never buying a regular mop ever again.
Love your curls!!!
Thanks for another fine video. My wife wants one now, so we will be shopping today. Enjoyed seeing Pollux and Maxxie and their reactions to the steam mop.
I'm told it's now $129 on Amazon today 😁
Good to know....thanks for telling me that!
Hi Renee, based on your review, I got the Shark and omg, what a game-changer! Thank you so much, I can’t believe how much I love it!!!!!
I have used an older style shark steam mop for years. My only "dislike" is that you can't get into corners.
I have an older model, too. (Like 16+ years old.) Back then they sold a triangle attachment for corners/tight bathroom spaces. Life saver.
What did you wind up getting?
I bought the upgraded steamer 7201 because it had upgrades plus your review and we are thrilled. It cleans so well. I bought generic orange pads which I highly recommend too. Washed them in washer on hot with Persil and they came out like new. The floors were perfection. It took 6-8 pads to do our dirty floors but house is 2,000 sq ft. You won't be disappointed. We used scented distilled water.
Hello, where did you get those generic pads?!
Hello, where did you buy those generic pads? Thank you!
OMG What???? $129?? I paid $159 just 2 weeks ago 😩
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Think about how much fun you had in the last two weeks. I know I hate it when I buy something and two weeks later its way cheaper.
@@patriciariddle2997 Nice come back!
I bought one...works like a charm, moves like a Ferrari...I love it. Im goingto do mine weekly!
Your accent is perfect! Much love from the uk x
My wife loved it! Something tells me that we'll be buying one soon! Good video!
Loved your story of your beloved dog.
I hate mopping too! I've been eyeing this same steam mop. Thank you for this video!
Thank you.
My first time on your channel after searching the Shark steam mop. Immediate thought “I love her gray and curls!” then I saw your channel name. 😂
Definitely getting it! Love the curls 🤩!
I think I'm getting one for Christmas, thanks for the great video. I'm super excited now!
Glad I could help!
I'm late to the party and I love mine! I have the 3 speed one.
Have had one for quite some time…..love it.👏👏👏👏
How long do the pads last before you have to purchase new one? I'm interested to know that.
@@AidaJof I just checked on the replacement pads and they are sold out even on Shark's website!!!!
@@ljjackson7106 Thank you for proving my point. Have a great weekend.
I bought it 3 months ago. I LOVE it! Enjoy.
Great to hear!
I ❤️ my Shark steam mop, it’s like an electric toothbrush for your floors!
I'm with you. Mopping is the worst! 😂
Great review. Thank you!
I'm using one right now works very well.
LOL
For us here in Canada it is Thanksgiving weekend and even during these hard times we need to pause and give thanks. Have a great weekend Renee and happy mopping!!!
I went and bought it! It was $129.00! Got it in one day ....love it!!
Since you have two sets of pads, I would use both. Kitchens & bathrooms are extra dirty. Don't put those in the dryer, BTW. I have had every version of the Shark steam mop. I alternate regular mopping with the steam mop.
I took your advice on the Kyvol air fryer. Love it.
So glad!! I use my air fryer for soooo many things. Love it!
This is so great. Thanks for your video. I just recently started considering a steamer mop. I hate mopping as well and dealing with the water, bucket and mop.
You had me at it goes behind the toilet and under the cabinets. Ordered before I finished the video 🤣🤣
Another Renee video YAY!!!!! 😀
Thanks!
Well I'm sold, now the hunt for one lol I don't mop enough, it wears me out. And your hair is beautiful btw. 💙 you guys
Awww thank you!
Not needed, and who has the time. lol Weeklu, monthly, when you get to it, I
I bought extra pads to change for each room. I have the one that flips over, once to clean and flip for a second run and I can see it's clean. Recommend.
I got one last week at harvey normans Australia. Here they are $299 but harvey was having a sale so got it for $277. Absolutely love it.
We don’t have distilled water on hand but I’m about to use mine for the first time anyway… have a new recliner couch coming Thursday and this is way past do, so glad I recently came across your video Renee…
Happy Independence Day To You And Your Family!( pets included of course)
You sure can't beat the robovacs for cleaning! I've used steam cleaners for years bcs of allergies. Steam the mattress as well - I love that fresh cleaned air as a result of steaming. I live at sister's now. Never had ceramic tile before. Looking forward to cleaning my bathroom now!
I have 5 dogs and 3 cats in a rather small home. I have an older model Shark steamer and It is fabulous. I go over my floors 2 times in the traffic pattern. I love mine Shark!
Just ordered the Shark. I hate mopping too! Thanks for the review and suggestion. 😊❤️🙏🏻
Thanks for testing the shark steam mop....I am going to buy it..
Now I need this steamer! BTW: You're gorgeous!!! My goodness!!!
Great Video Renee! impressive product will have to check it out🦋
I have found when I purchase electrical cleaning devices like this my husband likes to do the work. Like the scrub attachment for a drill. He loves to clean tile w it 😉 win win
Thank you for this video.. I just opened mine and am about to clean my white marbley floors!! 🤞
There are two major concerns:
@@naturallymarisa
I hope it’s better than the Bissel that came out 8 yrs ago. DONT USE on engineered or LTV flooring.
@@Rose-qr4xn engineered flooring is just wood veneer on particle board. It shouldn’t exist, imo.
I have LVP and have used various steamers. I never had any damage. Maybe it depends on how strong the heat settings are.
it looks soooo easy I need to get one. Love all your video's. Mary Flowers.
I'm sure you have not mopped, but your kind cleaning lady has😍
I freaking love your hair!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the information and demonstration! Very helpful! ❤️
I need to get this. I always wondered how the Shark Steamers worked and wow, that is amazing.
Oh my...I need one now.
thank you for this video, I ordered this machine today. Hate to mop!
Also, your hair looks great!
I walk around with a spray , squirt it on dirt and then mop it up. Occasionally go mad and clean around the dirt too.
Oh man I feel you when it comes to mopping. Glad I wasn't the only one. 🙈
Don’t use a steam mop on hard wood - you can permanently damage it 💡
I have a Tineco vacuum/mop and love it. I had a steamer but got rid of it.
Renee I also told you about the shark vacuum that cleans it's own brush when Randy was removing hair from your vacuums brush. XxxxX I have an H2o steam mop they are great even cleans rugs and carpet xxx You can ad a few drops of your favourite essential oils to leave a nice scent on your floors too. xxx
The version I have only cleans hard floors....not any rugs or carpet.
@@WelcomeToMyCurls It seems to be doing a really good job Renee xxx
Looks like a good product. I have several friends that just love their Bissel CrossWave cleaners which wash and vacuum at the same time. My daughter has the cordless one that she just raves about. Would love to see a comparison of these two machines.
i'm curious to how well that would work? I'm always vacuuming so i just can't see it being better tgan that
@@llc1976 I question how amazing the crosswave is as well. ?
At least the Bissel picks up the dirt and washes the roller as it works. This just spreads what you cleaned up to other places. Its a bad design.
stay away from the cross wave unless you like throwing money down the dran. i bought 2 cross waves 1 to keep upstairs and 1 for downstairs. Both of them broke after about 2-2.5 years. My stove top is my worst nemesis. I am all for anything that makes house work easier. Take care and hugs. Thanks for sharing your secrets 😊.
