MrsDebbieHoon yeah there are more options besides the sleeper train. It’s just the most marketed option because the influencers got paid to market it via RUclips videos and blogs. Don’t fall for that. Enjoy Egypt!!!
I remember you said bus ride in your last video... Lieles gets sick on buses, oh noooo!!! And it’s so beautiful! Hope there are other ways... ok let me take notes 📝
oh no!! so sorry about motion sickness on the bus! it's so strange how it works, i (ruthi) am fine on the bus but i get car sick really easily! I think the plane is likely your best bet if you want to spend less money, but cruises are great and I know you guys love them!
@@TwoGetOutside Thanks ! we will go for sure! and let you know how and what we do ...sorry i lost wifi before, so I get to finish the video now. BTW, how is the internet in Egypt guys?
I have to do a powerpoint on Luxor and this was really helpful because I had to write down the transportation, lodgings, etc., and this helped me find those things
a beautiful video ... i'm thirsty . i'm hungry 🤣🤣 , why you go to these historical places in desert in this hot weather 🤣 , what is the fun to see statues ? did you see the city of pharaonic crocodiles ?
Thanx for that great video! You said 200 LE for the Nile cruise - was that for both of you or per person? And did you get fed on the boat? And incl. Banana Island?
Emma Cassidy hey!! September is a great time to go you will love it! We do not know a great tour guide who won’t overcharge but we are doing some research now to let you know. Also, we have Canadian friends who just went to Luxor and did it with no guide using our recommendations so it’s definitely possible. Another option is when you go into the sights in Luxor, people who work there will offer to be your guide. You could always negotiate with them if you are interested. But we’ll get back to you soon when we collect more info!
Thanks a lot for the information.. am planîg to visit egypt soin and u would like to know if theses buses are available at night too and where can we find them in cairo . Thank you
Sam lune hey! Yes these buses are definitely available as night buses and they have a few stops in Cairo, we always took the stop in Tahrir which is the city center and really close to the Ramses Hilton. Their website is go-bus.com/?lang=en
Kristina Miteva hey that’s really exciting that you are going to egypt!! We used gobus to get there and it had 3 stops from what we remember. It’s about a 7 hour journey total and there are different classes you can get for the bus. Each gives you a different level of comfort and all of which are very affordable
Kristina Miteva yeah it’s really not a bad journey at all! We are taking the train down to Aswan in April because there is no bus to get there from Cairo so we will let you know how that is when we do it haha
We will be there in March. We are doing Cairo - Sharm El-Sheikh - Cairo - Luxor and then we will chech for a driver there and negotiate a price to get to Aswan and the temples in between. Very helpful video anyway! Also we live in Malta so we are not scared of the heat 🔥😉
Kristina Miteva that sounds amazing!! You will definitely love it, March is actually a great time to go because it’s not too hot. Also if you haven’t booked your transportation yet from Sharm there is a gobus to go from there. We also recommend you go to dahab for at least a day it’s 1 hour away from sharm and the water is absolutely beautiful! Also you should definitely do the st Catherine morning hike. Check out our video about dahab it has a lot of information on things to do there if you’re interested. Hope you enjoy Egypt!
Stephanie M glad you liked it!! The bus ride was 7 hours..super easy ride they stopped once at a rest stop along the way too. Gobus is for sure the move
Hello im going to Egypt in April trying to book the go bus for cairo to luxor and Luxor to Dahab. Go bus is not giving an iternary it looks like from Cairo to Luxor is 24hrs???? It say departure time and arrival time as the exact same time with no arrival date 🤦🏾♀️
I went on the website to book a ticket to Luxor from Cairo but it does not say what time will we arrive and where in Luxor we will be going to. Does it show you after you pay for the tickets?
hey :) i am visiting cairo in april..can you please say me if we can go and come to luxor city within a day by using the bus version? cause we are just staying 4 days there and we have a very limited time
Kristina Rapushi hi!! I think going in one day by bus would definitely be rushing it, but it’s possible if you take an overnight bus to arrive in the morning, and a return bus for later in the afternoon. And keep in mind that it is hotter in Luxor than in Cairo, so the sun may tire you out during the day a lot. It will be challenging to go to Luxor for just one day by bus, but it’s not impossible!
R M hey! We actually did not take the train there so we wouldn’t know why it says it’s 24 hours but typically the train is longer than the bus which is about 7 hours long to get there. We are taking the train to Aswan in April through so we should be able to provide more insight at that point!
Woah you're right, we missed that! Boat prices vary, it's usually a bigger cruise ship and the journey lasts a few days so prices vary a lot, usually between 300-500 for roughly 4+ days on the river!
Hey!! We’re in Turkey now!! We rented a car and drove all over the country for the last 40 days.. are you Turkish?! We are going to have soooo many vlogs and videos posting in about a month!
Honestly, I've been watching some RUclips videos about going to Egypt, and your video is the most helpful one. ❤❤❤ Thanks for sharing it.
