Fun fact, that Trader Joe's is the very first unionized TJ's in the country! I was lucky enough to make it to a solidarity rally they held ahead of the vote to support the organizers a couple years back! It's truly one of the best feelings in the world to be surrounded in scores of people unified behind a good cause. It's been a rocky road since then, with the company trying its best to suffocate the fledgeling union, but it's my hope they'll be able to pull through and do good by their workers :)
"I just burned the (Windows XP error noise) out of my toast. This happens to me multiple times a day." Glad to get some completely *accurate*, not-at-all taken out of context insight into the tragic life of Emma.
I always enjoy a good vlog and this was no exception! Also, as a Scandinavian it’s so interesting to see the infrastructure and stores at other places in the world. Massive love from Copenhagen and please do more vlogs!
Massachusetts gang🙏🏻🙏🏻 not sure where you’re at but if you go to Newburyport there’s a cute yarn store there called South End Yarn Co!! I just went there for my bday it was lovely
To think I lived in NoHo for 4 years of college and never heard of or went to Webs that whole time (yes, I was a crocheter back then). I finally went years after graduating and was overwhelmed with how amazing that place is
I envy your trip to Webs. The selection is amazing. I order from them all the time. Sigh… Hope the yarn works for you. More casual vlogs when it works for you😊.
When I lived in Québec we used to visit Massachusetts a few summers in a row, I loved it - people were so friendly. Whenever locals heard our accent (Fr) they were eager to show off all the French words they knew and I found it so endearing. The food was great the portions were ridiculous. We stuck to the coast-side though, but from your vlog images it's not any less pretty on the west side!
Weird question but i grew up near there and sometimes i think I dreamt this - is the store you’re talking about old and do they/did they sell buttons in bins??? I live in PA now but I remember going to what I thought was a button store in the 80s with my mother, and just seeing rows and rows of bins filled with buttons! Maybe near where the Big E is?? I’m not good with directions though. Thanks :)
getting your own climbing shoes really does make a difference! I got a pair and I found I had way more confidence on smaller footholds. Also, I have those la sportiva climbing shoes too! I really like them
More vlogs, please!! This was really fun! And I too have made a pilgrimage to Emily D’s house. Seemed to be lots of room around the house for a garden, which could move her to say, I taste a liquor never brewed From tankards scooped in pearl Not all the vats upon the Rhine Yield such an alcohol! Inebriate of air am I And debauchee of dew, Reeling through endless summer days From inns of molten blue. When landlords turn the drunken bee out of the foxglove’s door, when butterflies renounce their drams I shall but drink the more! Till seraphs swing their snowy hats And Saints to windows run To see the little tippler Leaning against the sun! (This is mostly from memory, so please forgive any mistakes…)
Just moved out of Western mass closer to Boston so this was funny to watch, glad you got to hop around a little around there! It's cute and we would have stayed if there was like ... Any jobs at all for non-students
Funny to see shots of my hometown in vlog style xD I love going to webs, it took an embarasingly long time for me to go there despite living here almost my whole life... Northampton Wools is nice too, tho usually too pricey for me 😅
ugh i live in northampton and ive never been to webs I NEED to go there at some point! Theres another yarn store in Northampton that I used to go to but I haven't been there in so long
Making toast in an air fryer is so hard. It’s either cooked to ashes or still not toasted. No in between. When it is edible it’s so fcking crunchy it destroys the roof of my mouth. I actually have been thinking of buying a toaster because I can’t keep waiting money on all the bread and bagels i burn 😭
I loved it because this #madeinthemoment #vlog had a little bit 🤏🏻 of "THIS"... a little bit 🤏🏻 of "THAT" ... and my favorite a little bit 🤏🏻 of "NOTHING. "... 《like burnt toast 》🍞 ...jk, I too burn my toast... a lot 😂
Dang I had to stop watching FOURTEEN SECONDS IN because I was getting so homesick 😭 I love Baltimore but dang I miss NoHo so much (I used to live like two blocks from Northampton Wools and even closer to WEBS, it was such a dream 🥹)

love the hadley TJ, the workers are the sweetest and I live off of their frozen meals when college dining hall food isn't hitting

the northampton shots really brought me back to my smith college days! good to see woodstar is still thriving
current smithie here, love woodstar!! it's the best cafe in noho
proud western mass resident, feeling soooo seen right now 🙌🏿😁
This is so fun to watch as a UMass grad haha love the happy valley area!!

I always enjoy a good vlog and this was no exception! Also, as a Scandinavian it’s so interesting to see the infrastructure and stores at other places in the world.

Omg I went to Webs about a week ago for my first time too!!!
To think I lived in NoHo for 4 years of college and never heard of or went to Webs that whole time (yes, I was a crocheter back then). I finally went years after graduating and was overwhelmed with how amazing that place is
The same thing happened to me! I found out about it 6 months after graduation. I do go back to noho frequently though.
I’m in western mass and I HAD NOT A CLUE about WEBS😮
I enjoyed seeing that yarn store and now I want to go! Also, thank the cats for being in there, love cat content.
Burned toast is really good for indigestion, even Industrial Strength Indigestion. (1/2 slice might be enough if it’s burned enough, and chewed well.)
A toaster is excellent for toasting - have you tried that? hehe 🤭 Those cats are so cute ❤
hmm yeah I've heard of that ... will have to try and get back to you ....
Watching this while working on my button up shirt with valley yarns that i bought from webs felt like a weird matrix moment 😅
If you ever go to the Cape, there's an awesome small yarn shop with tons of beautiful yarn called The Black Pearl
I envy your trip to Webs. The selection is amazing. I order from them all the time. Sigh… Hope the yarn works for you. More casual vlogs when it works for you😊.

omg im in western mass too Im so excited to see what you did
If you have a chance or bored. There is a textile store in W. Springfield. It's fun to hang out with the ladies and rummage through the fabrics.

It is near the Big E. I think it's the place you are thinking of. It's called Osgoods.
@@laurensullivan1522thank you!! I looked it up and the photos look like the place I remember!! I half thought I dreamed it up lol

ugh i live in northampton and ive never been to webs I NEED to go there at some point! Theres another yarn store in Northampton that I used to go to but I haven't been there in so long
I grew up in western Massachusetts, so western that Amherst was considered eastern Massachusetts.
Congrats winners!!! Juan, you are so generous ☺️🫶🏻🧶

I’m from western ma and living out near Boston! I got so excited to see the title lol
Vlogs are my life. It's background noise while I work. It's weird, I know. But it works for my brain 😂
I felt a little overwhelmed by webs just from the clips you showed 😅
Love the vlog, it's got a nice cozy feel that I can settle into to watch
love the vibes!

Vlogging is lowkey so fun but also so much easier to edit imo - cause you can just like…chat?
yes exactly this was so fun !!!
this was so fun! love vlogs and you did good :)
Really fun. Enjoyed this a lot.
Yes, loved the vlog!
Im from Lenox!! South western mass is the place
Esteemed individual, you need a toaster. That is the way we know how long our toast is in the ‘oven’
I've heard this is the solution....
The cat: “Gimme the toast, human. It belongs to the night. It is my kin. We are one.”
Your hair in this reminds me of the film Liquid Sky!
As someone born and raised in Boston suburbs I completely forget the western mass is even part of the state 😂😂
ufff i love and miss western mass

Not me thinking “western mass” had something to do with Catholicism 😅 I was v confused about that coming from you 😂
omg did not even think about that hahaha literally just changed the title
Ive lived in Amherst for 4 years now and I have no clue what slate coffee is… where is this place???
I loved it because this #madeinthemoment #vlog had a little bit 🤏🏻 of "THIS"... a little bit 🤏🏻 of "THAT" ... and my favorite a little bit 🤏🏻 of "NOTHING. "... 《like burnt toast 》🍞 ...jk, I too burn my toast... a lot 😂

I have the same hair problems 😂😂😂
Dang I had to stop watching FOURTEEN SECONDS IN because I was getting so homesick 😭 I love Baltimore but dang I miss NoHo so much (I used to live like two blocks from Northampton Wools and even closer to WEBS, it was such a dream 🥹)
