About Swami Sivananda Saraswati:
Swami Sivananda (1887-1963) was one of the great Self-realized masters of India. In his life he pursued two careers, that of a successful physician and that of a yogi and sage.
Swami Sivananda was a prince among men, a jewel among saints. Service and love were the weapons he used to conquer the hearts of men. Swami Sivananda did not found a new religion, nor did he develop any new rules of ethics and morality. Instead, he helped the Hindu become a better Hindu, the Christian a better Christian, the Muslim a better Muslim.
There was an enduring power in Swami Sivananda - in his thoughts, his words and his deeds. He was the divine power of truth, purity, love and service.

Swami Sivananda has always been there in my time of need. My children grew up hearing about his work and later visited his ashrams. On family drives, his kirtan always was played on the car stereo. His influence along with the other saints and sages always kept the family safe, holy and prosperous.

Sometimes I glimpse the unity flow of consciousness, other times , it is harder, as people and emotions get in the way, or children and their own problems. It's not easy, but I'm trying.
I'm a bodybuilder and train 2 - 3 hours a day in the gym with 100% effort every day, work a weekend job for a total of 17 hours a week, wake up at 0600 and go to a military school and study until 1500 doing 300 pushups before school starts at 0900, study the physics and geography topics by myself with no teachers to help me, and practice investing and business dialogue with my friend over ps4 a couple of times a week, as well as read consistently and cook 6 meals every day, and I'm 16 and practice Bramacharya. I still find time to take care of my inner consciousness and soul every day, you guys can too, I believe in you 💕👍

I'm smashing it out hard as well, but been building the discipline of the spiritual path for the last 4.5 years.
Once we develop strength within ourselves and transition from a compulsive state to a conscious state, internally we become unstoppable. But it's a hard path because there are so few of us left.

Simple and effective way of teaching Karma yoga in practical terms and in religious-neutral (unbiased) way which is the hall mark of true followers of Sanathan Dharma.
Jnanis differ from Pandits in this aspect. Pandits have only bookish knowledge. Jnanis have knowledge verified by personal experience I.e, both jnana as well as Vijnana.
My Guru Swami Virajeshwara from Swami Sivananda's Divine Life (society, Rishikesh) Guru Parampara (lineage) used to say many people read Bhagavat Gita but very few understand and practice Karma Yoga which is the first step in the ladder of divinity leading to realization.
