Use an eye glass with anti-reflective coating specifically designed for people who work long hours before computer screen.
For smartphone users, many anti-glare screen protectors and free apps are available for reducing eye strain.
If you're using a pc, screen should be positioned at a distance of 20 to 24 inches from your eyes.
Remember to clean your screen regularly and always adjust screen brightness.
Blinking often keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation.
Many forms of disorders and defects associated with the eyes can be cured by the practice of some hatha yoga exercises. However those with major eye problems must consult an eye specialist before practicing yoga methods.
Reading on screen will not cause any health issue if it is once in a week or month and that too for few minutes considering the above precautions.

Yes...surrender to God is only way to realize him....but don't know ..is the surrendering not correct or what ,always problems arise in life???I always say God...every thing happens due to God's presence inthe life and say all my karma is put forward to him beforeI start my daily routine...still get many tough tasks in life ..can't follow it...may be previous karma to give up ....

I think the concept of God, turns people away, this word is overused and wrongly misenterpret, not only people are weak, but the light is not at it´s strenght too. Concept of god has to be reinvented and explained to simple minded people as something more complex than a ruler that we haven´t seen :)
There are some words which are complex to understand. Pls simplify and put in easy English.
