underrated how calm and low Arin's voice is during the overwatch bit. it's a nice sense of patience with someone who is interacting with something they've never encountered before

in ttyd dan ASKED for help. arin acted like people were offering unsolicited advice. he literally whined for like 10 episodes. the whole "its your own unique experience" shit applies to people engaging in a community and asking for help like when a kid asks his older brother to beat a hard level, or like dan did when he asked for badge advice.

i feel there a very big difference between a co-op PvP or PvE shooter and a choose your own adventure game

Especially during his Mario bitching he didn't say anything about it being an RPG or a single player experience he was very explicit that it was about it being a video game period. So he's just plainly a whiny hypocrite.
@@xacmashe3852 no come on. In a single player adventure game you should be able to play the way you want and try different things to find out how well it works. But when you play multiplayer games online you play as a team to win, thats the goal. In that situation you need to consider some tactics and know how to play the character or you'll miss out on a lot of opportunities because of the timer and the goal of the game.
I love that the most watched section of overwatch is people skipping forward to when susie left

I really wish you would've cut down Arin's badge rant, that went on so long I had to come back to my PC and skip through the shrill whining. Over Dan getting helpful advice, that he ASKED for. Then he wonders why the comments are mean, when they're constructive he treats them like shit too, so why be nice?

This is why people say Arin’s a total douchebag. He’s a good guy, he has passion and empathy and he does his best, but he’s a complete and whole ass and this video highlights why. Meanwhile, Dan was just kinda like “yeah I get that man, I shared that opinion too” NO Dan you asked for help dude!! Don’t let Arin steamroll you every time you defend yourself!!! You’re right and he’s being a f^cking child! Ugh I have anger issues but Arin really knows how to push my goddamn buttons
