    Oilers gonna be a huge threat again, made it to finals and just got a hell lot scarier, rolling 4 lines deep

      they will be a threat but no way they get to the Finals again before they have to deal with the Draisaitl extension and try to figure out how to unload Nurse..not with the likes of Colorado, Dallas, Vancouver and toss Nashville in there also..thats when reality will set in..

    Like your free agency review but was expecting the Caps to be in there. Their new goalie core is exciting and the pickups on defense with offensive prowess should transition them into a more competitive team, albeit, fighting through a very tough Metro division. Looking for Caps youth to take another step forward this coming season.

    • @jimmyhockey
      @jimmyhockey  15 дней назад +1

      I like what the Capitals did but I feel like they are the same team just slightly better. For instance if they made the playoffs with these additions and faced the Rangers again, I believe they lose in 5 instead of 4. Doesn't change the projection of the team Imo

      @Imnotactuallyadrinker maybe, but you cannot deny it's impressive work, they were a couple shots away from the cup last year and got better. Nashville had a big amount of cap space, and made great moves, but they ain't anywhere near as deep as Edmonton, nor a proven contender yet

      Debrusk will always be associated with the draft that saw Boston pass on Barzal, Chabot, and K Conner. Think he'll fair better in a market that isn't triggered by his presence on the team.

    Someone really loves the Leafs. I don't see Boston's gains making up for their losses. If Nashville's moves don't pay off in the next 2 years, then they mig😢become the losers of this free agency.

  • @Kmoten10
    @Kmoten10 13 дней назад

    You love the moves Tampa made? Do you know anything about hockey? They lost a top pairing d as well as their franchise leader/captain and sign a decent winger and resign an aging d and you "love" those moves? They got significantly worse bud.

    Lindholm isnt a #1 centre. He will get points, because he will be given every high leverage situation, and play with Pasternak. Doesnt carry play, needs star players. Two years, and two million/year too high.

    • @rduke325
      @rduke325 15 дней назад

      The Bruins made it to game 6 of the second round with 3 3rd line centers last year. So what's your point other than you are a parrot who only regurgitated what Vancouver Media says?

    • @darcypadgham7076
      @darcypadgham7076 15 дней назад

      @@rduke325 Please explain how columnists from the US are considered "Vancouver writers"? Lindholm only had two decent years in his entire career when he was the number one center in Calgary. I think @bryanbest5113 has a valid point! 🤔

    • @jimmyhockey
      @jimmyhockey  15 дней назад +1

      Lindholm will be a solid top line center allowing both Coyle and Zacha to move back to 2nd & 3rd line centers or 2nd center & winger. This will drastically change the offensive output for the Bruins.

    • @bryanbest5113
      @bryanbest5113 15 дней назад

      @rduke325 I'm pretty sure I made my point. Not sure what yours was, other than ad hominem attack.
      He doesn't make those around him better, needs good players to make him a #2 centre. Would be 37 when the contract ends, so two years too long. Too much money, too much term.

    • @jo5r8753
      @jo5r8753 14 дней назад

      Im thinking the zadorov contract is worse, he had a very good playoffs, and suddenly they're going to try to play him on the top pair. When the Canucks got him he was a third pair that could play 2nd pair in a pinch. and played like that for most of the season
