Definitely gonna be attempting to pull for all of them this time, though I am sad that the redesign of Anson wasn't here, but I guess she might show up during the event that coincides with the EN 7th anniversary.
The new quad magnetics also have a longer acquisition range then the existing ones. The new ones acquire at 16 units, vs the 14 units of the existing quad magnetics (this info isnt in the datamine we saw, but comes from the CN side).
@MrSeanfish since they acquire the target slightly earlier, they have more time to home in. This means that more torpedoes should hit something per volley.

Im very confused how manju clasifies german O-class cruisers. We already got 3 of them in the game - Alvitr, Brunhild and Agir, but somehow two of them are battlecruisers and one large cruiser despite the real difference beetween them beeing only in gun callibre.
I will never understand why they release ships with such sorry power levels this day in age. It isn't power creep for new ships to be comparable to the current meta, just gives more options to players to choose the ones they like.
New players are still coming to the game and dont have every UR? Its actually pretty reasonable to add in more sidegrade mid tier ships instead of just adding in a top 2% ship to throw into meta comps. Let the over abundance of URs we get each year be the new bar new players need fleet tech and ships they can get without sinking all their gold and cubes into for a chance to pull a UR.
With Z47 you probably want to give her the gold 113/blue 76 gun so she can proc her all-out assault as much as possible for her skill. So you would want to use a KMS torpedo, which is fine.
I sleep everytime dev added burn or flooding damage. Burn and flooding mechanics needs to be overhauled, in the endgame content, those two might just as well ignored... like 150 burn damage for 5 seconds, that's 750 damage, against an enemy boss with 1.3m HP and you were limited 1 minute and 30 seconds to deal with it? not very impactful. If fire damage and flooding damage is a percentage of MAX HP with minimum flat damage included, that would be much more useful.

You're not wrong. However, specific special burn/flood can be good, but most aren't.
