Hey everyone! Thanks for taking the time to check out the first of our "Fix It In Post" tutorials! Don't mind where I said "decompress" instead of compress when talking about the grain and bit depth lol... it happens. Hopefully this helped someone! Make sure to check out the description on how submit your images and get your questions answered!
Ya know, I'm not at all opposed to using plugins to execute tasks like this. There are many like portraiture that do them, and very well at that. The purpose of this video is to show how to do it in Photoshop and learning how to use the program to finish these types of jobs. Plugins are great and necessary to the industry, BUT, I'll always push artists to learn how to use their software first without plugins. Once you learn enough about your software of choice, you'll find what tools are necessary to your workflow and be able to problem solve in a pinch if something goes wrong. Plugins are great but can also be a crutch if the learning investment isn't there early on.
I guess when I bought my "seamless" paper I thought it was to save time editing and would give a nice clean background. I was so wrong. Who would of thought it would take this much work in post. Seamless did not equate smooth I suppose
Kinda sucks and prob would have helped more people had you explained where to find the different tools. May not have been friendly for those that really need detailed help.

I totally resonate with this! It was very similar to my purchase of a vinyl roll…
