I just want to congratulate you on selling an advance tool and making sure to say the product is for professionals and that it is a big investment. Because other people would not make the disclaimer and would be fine with just taking people's money regardless if they were ready for the product. This is what makes you stand out, always thinking of your students and learning is the goal, not just profits.
You are not only a great teacher/researcher but way greater human being (when you said "this is for professionals who generate good income") Thank you. Sir.
I am finally going to retire from my day job so I will be able to fully devote myself to watching and learning all the amazing things you teach. And hopefully find some dive photos that I need help in correcting the color on. So excited!!
Yours is one of the few channels where I immediately click the "like" button before watching the video because I know I'll learn something new today. excellent work as always. Best wishes from across the pond in London!
Thank you for your tutorials. I’m an ardent follower of your well explained, easy to follow videos. I like the ‘science’ of matching grain and the ways to compare before and after. Very helpful.
I have been using very advanced masking techniques for over a decade. The recent changes in photoshop (“select subject”) have literally changed my life. It’s not perfect but it’s basically good enough for the quality of source image I generally take. (Ie studio lighting carefully configured)
U know the I've always used the pen tool and I know that the selection tool is great (and the marketing even better) but I somehow just find myself going back to the pen tool. time consuming but 100% accurate.
Super helpful! Thank you just started working with paper backdrops at a local studio and I wasn't sure how to go about smoothing out the paper. For the Retouch4Me plugins, do you have a suggestion of which one of their plugins to start with first that will have the biggest impact for someone's work?
I did something simpler that accomplishes about the same, minus the perfect noise i guess? I used Camera Raw to reduce clarity to the point that the background looked soft, and masked the person to paint it out. For my simple purposes, that worked good enough and it took no time.
Thank you so much, always great but the problem is the background underfoot with the shadows to keep and the backdrop to clean! Can you help us? Is it possible in a easy way?
Can you please make a video showing how add a textured background such as an Oiphant. You can see these in many Annie Leibovitz photos. Could something like this be produced in PS? It would be great to see how to add an existing photo of a textured cement wall etc and modify it. I would be grateful if you could show this as you are the best👍

hi unmesh i think you have to try camera raw grain which is located in Effects which has 3 sliders to adjust noise
Yep… camera raw can cut out subject … then invert tot fix background
DeXteR… can you tell me why my modify is greyed out ?
You Are Genius !!!

Is there any way to use the free version of piximperfect plugin in caribbean photoshop?🙂
Thank you so much, always great but the problem is the background underfoot with the shadows to keep and the backdrop to clean! Can you help us? Is it possible in a easy way?
How do you handle when banding occurs from this process?
Does that plugin work for seamless paper backgrounds where the subject is sitting on the ground?
What about using frequency separation to clean the bg?
