  • Processing two KuneKune AGH cross pigs at home for sausage and ground pork. They are a year old and not fully grown, but we do not want them to mate again with our boar. They are taking out fences to get to him so time to use them for ultimate purpose and we are out of ground pork. Thanks for watching us!

There’s definitely more on that carcass worth grinding, not to mention the organs that are very healthy for you

Wow you cut off the pork belly, you wasted the ribs and the tender loin. What a waste. Thumbs down!!!! You give the rest of us homesteading folks and hunters a bad name.

The butcher doesn't look underfed lol.hes a huffing and puffing just doing this!! I think they need to watch a few home butching videos..there's a lot that can be done with a carcass. Pork bones. Spare ribs etc

Having a walk in cooler makes that so much easier

I would add gutting an animal with the skin on you have less chance of contamination of the meet, if the worst happen while gutting. Chilling over night would make breaking it down would make a lot easier too. But glad u grew ur own food… keep going 😊

Maybe not good for bacon being small...But would have made a mess of Sausage..or can it for pork and bone broth..But that would require more work..alot more work deboning it . I figured you were new at this...Best way to learn is by doing it hands on. Nevertheless you made food for your Family !! 😊

You really need a better knife!! And why don't you skin, gut and hang the pigs up over night then cut up..much easier when meat has cooled and set
