Fantastic job editing. I like both versions of the song but you gotta admit it's a bit of a jarring transition to go from 0:27 to 0:42. It's also cool how well Flyleaf's version can fit the accompanying video.
I have nothing against Flyleaf, but this cover just really sucks. The slow, melodic, supposed-to-sound-acoustic-but-isn't tune just does NOT fit this song in the slightest! (It's not because the singer is a woman, before anyone tries to accuse me of being sexist, because then I'd be a hypocrite.)

I love flyleaf but this is not a good match. She should have sang Sally’s song. I know Amy Lee sang it but they both have great voices.
