For me anxiety can be when I am making myself stay somewhere my intuition tells me I should leave or if I am doing something that is really brave without knowing where this will lead me. Intuition as Jessie said is the knowing. When I resist the knowing because of logic or politeness I experience anxiety. When I trust the knowing I feel peace. I had not remembered feeling paranoia until recently and it was a reaction to an injustice where I had stood up for myself in a situation and made my feelings clear and then my conditioning told me I had done something wrong and people would be talking about me and thinking badly of me for this. There is likely a. element of truth in this but it’s was none of my business and the feeling of paranoia was consuming and kept me trapped. However at the same time it helped me to set better boundaries in my life. I am grateful for the experience to help me to set those boundaries. This was a great question. I had THE WORST weekend. Friday night I showed my a$$ with an old negative pattern/behavior that I thought I had long overcome. The weekend was spent processing allll the feels of guilt and shame and trying to figure out wtf just happened. I’m proud to say that the newest version of me processed rather quickly and healthfully. I’m feeling better now and am moving forward. Old me would have wallowed for months to years and would have spiraled right back down that old path. Progress is progress. Damn. Life as a human on Earth is weird.
