Beautiful Message, and Crazy that this is the very thing I was expressing to someone of the dynamics of the relationship I was in with this person. Pretty much I feel it's time to have these conversations. Because it's time to say what needed to be said; however not in a place of Judgment. However coming from clarity and understanding! I've decided to no longer allowing certain behaviors to affect me in a negative way! Because really it has nothing to do with me, and everything to do with there struggles to making conscious decisions to go within truly recognizing what is it in themselves to think or feel that any part of the shadow behavior, put forth and towards me and others was ever okay! And making amends means to frist acknowledge it, own it, forgive yourself and let it go because at the end of the day the only person you really hurt is yourself. However I degrees this is this person Journey not mine. My Journey is to see all the beautiful aspect of thyself and how far I have come out of my own shadow work; and graduated to next level understanding the light within me, shinning outwardly for the world to see how anyone can and does overcome that heal from it release it, and move forward in our next evolution of know thyself.
