Also the way that Save your world is said, it's like they knew also find a place of power close to the skies, could that refer to the frozen throne? Also what if the titans reorigonation was also part of the plan of the jailer?

does look much diferent from what Sargeras is doing, the Pantheon also wiped clean whole planets when things were out of order, and in azeroth case, corruption, with a big world reset facility that would whipe clean the surface of azeroth

His speech, especially the end part gave me serious chills. The music just makes it sound more dramatic (which is good) and you can hear he's progressing with his viewpoint.

Mostly because Algalon himself says he's damned so many worlds to destruction and "a million, million lives wasted." All throughout he felt no pity, no sorrow, no empathy. Nothing.
This is what Warcraft is all about. Thought was put into this, they were smart. I like how in the end, he says "You prevailed where the Titans' own perfect creations have failed". Maybe our imperfection is what makes us in our own way.. Perfect? If we think before acting, anything is possible. Kind of inspiring when you think about it.
Isn't out imperfection originally caused by the old gods because of the curse of flesh(to some races at least)? Without the old god's curse maybe there would be not enough heroes to fight? Once again, light and dark must be balanced to provide free will..
it's our determination, even when we know we aren't perfect, that impressed Algalon, he explain it pretty well, he has never seen it before. he destroyed a lot of worlds that were doomed and corrupted, yet he never saw anyone fight for their planet as much as the players do, he wants to believe in us, he wants to believe we can save azeroth, and that we can save azeroth without killing all life on it.

Algalon is maybe the only boss that gives the feeling that everything he does or has to do is on a mush larger scale then any other boss we encounter. And Ensidia made an epic first kill movie with one of the most beautiful song (in my opinion) in the world. This as a result made Algalon to be the most epic boss I ever encountered in any game. And I was so sad to see that the boss fight was visually glitched (Massive increased brightness) since the release of cataclysm and hasn't been fixed since I last checked when I tried Mop (final patch) for a month. This truly showed me how mush Blizzard cared for their game. RIP WoW.
Even though i never played in the Wotlk this is my favorite boss, mainly the way he looks and his arena is just downright gorgeous, his voice also is very calming. I wish sometimes that i could go back in time and play during this expansion. I know that that there are private server for this but that's not getting the full experience, Many wrath, burning, vanilla, people who have bean on Wrath private servers say it wont be the same because there are not as many people on it then before.
Not to be that guy, not even vegan, but this hits me hard considering what we do to animals. Daily genocide to eat them. I truly believe that meat eating as we know it is temporary. We will make a way to eat synthetic meat and realize how wrong we were to genocide trillions of lives for food.

Algalon is the most awesome BOSS NPC in WoW. The fight itself is so f*cking epic and in my opinion, was the hardest fight i've ever faced in game. Harder by far than Heroic Ragnaros, Heroic Lich King and much more epic than these ones. Only comparable to Alone in the Darkness's Yogg Saron, and curiosly those both were on the same dungeon...

As much as Lich King Arthas is a great boss and maybe the most iconic character of all of Warcraft franchise, he ain't even the best boss in his expansion! Algalon really is PEAK World Of Warcraft. This is the real fight to save the world against an entity immeasurable, undisputable, unreachable. Nothing will top it.
They don't write boss dialogues like these anymore. Instead we got screaming Sylvanas, Anduin sounding like he's about to sneeze at any moment and N'Zoth telling us to go to the eye doctor.
I listened to this during the last 10 minutes of Nostalrius... when he said "I've seen worlds bathed in the makers flames" I broke out in tears... I feel like I've watched a world die... and I watched the community, so massive, mourn together before the end.
For 2:22, I believe it's "razed" not raised. Razed as in, completely destroyed. It goes well with the context of what Algalon is saying, not feeling emotion, had the denizens loved life as well, etc.
In my headcanon the "Defense Systems" are the Titanforged races, them being corrupted means most of them had fallen to the Curse of Flesh and are now Humans, Dwarves, etc...

One thing comes to my mind - in Legion we learned that Sargeras had destroyed the Pantheon and had killed the Creators long time ago. If Algalon confirmed the reply code Omega, the Pantheon wouldn't receive the message since they're all dead. So would the "planetary re-originazition process" truly begin? Maybe fighting Algalon was pointless since there is no Pantheon anymore.
The pantheon is still alive in spirit form though. Also he sends the message to the seat of the pantheon not to individual titans, I think there's some sort of AI system in the platform itself.
You mean to tell me that my protection warrior orc died to that asshole 6 times before finally killing him, only to know that I just got myself killed for a rogue's trinket and saved 0 creatures lore wise
Reply code Omega is not a message to JUST the pantheon, it's a message to all titanforged facilities in Azeroth, the forge of reorigination had already started up when he sent the reply-code, which is why we needed to hurry up.

Fortunately, it has been reoriginated to the state of 1.12.1... and its lifecycle proceeded to 1.13.4 without the 2.x corruption so far.
