Dear sir, I am somesh from Tamilnadu, for BC-2 the minimum binder content as per Mort&h & IRC SP:2022 but in the case of PMB as a minimum binder content 5.6% as per IRC:SP:053-2010. So please suggest the minimum binder content in the case of modified bitumen.

After rammering the sample i kept it for 22 hours in room temp. Then kept in water bath at 65°c for 35 minutes Where am I making mistakes? Please give me some guidance

@@Gajabbbc Any material passing 75 micron sieve is a filler material. The final grading should have some material passing this sieve. It may be stone dust, lime or cement, but not the sand.

Sand is not permitted in a bituminous mix. River sand can contain clay and that will affect the adhesion

OBC is taken corresponding to 4 percent air voids and then all other parameteres are checked at this binder content.
