No. If the gave it a 6 it's probably a 4 or 5. Remember IGN likes to give most things 7/10. So assume most things they give a 7 are actually a 6/10. You guys say it's the best movie in the Trilogy and yet you gave it the lowest score out of the three, I know IGN lost all credibility a long time ago but this is a new low, I myself ain't even a Sonic fan and looked at this movie more critically than others, and it's one of the best video game movies out there and dare I say, one of the best Movies of 2024. You guys focused too much on Jim Carrey and the previous films and failed to mention nor analyse how well Shadow's arc worked, barely talking about the character. Throughout the review you guys made this sound like a great movie and didn't bring up too many flaws, and yet you give it a 6?! My maths ain't mathing. As kind of a critic myself and completely unbiased since I'm not a Sonic fan, I would have at least given this film an 8 or even 9 out of 10. You guys gave Mufasa, an unnecessary live action piece of garbage, an 8/10, and Concord, the biggest failure in Sony's history, a 7,10, so are you guys saying those are better than a passionate and epic adaptation of one of the most beloved game series with a near-perfect portrayal of one of said franchises most iconic characters. It was already enough when you gave Transformers One and Penguin a 5, but this just proves to me that I shouldn't rely on critics and rather rely on my own viewing of a movie or game. Just saw the movie. It’s easily the best in the trilogy and it’s full on awesome. There are two end credit scenes, one in the middle and one all the way at the end that will help reveal what is coming in the future. Make your predictions and go see the movie and the end scenes. Don’t miss out!

This review is making it seem like parents don't enjoy watching these films, but in reality I am going to watch this movie with my father because we are extremely big fans of this series.
