As always thanks for watching! If you're interested in the jacket, they gave me a 10% discount code, listed in the description above - but appears to be cheaper on Amazon. It would be nice if they made one intrinsically safe. Just a liner would work for working in thein the refineries. We would have to cover them with a normal FRC jacket. Does that battery have USB ports that could also be an emergency phone charger?
It does. It has 2 standard usb and 2 usb c. They say to only use that battery with the jacket but seems any with the same output would work. Don’t really want to catch fire though!
After watching your video I bought the vest. The review was great and gave me faith in the product. Reading the reviews of other heated vest, there were a lot of disappointed people. The vest should fit under my FR jacket. It will be 20* next week at work so excited to try it out. I also bought the extra battery just in case I need it on high. I will let you know how it does.
Wow. Let me know what you think. The belly area warmer works but feels weird to me for some reason. Would think a vest used under a coat would work great.
So, I wore the vest for a week in freezing to me weather. Down to low as 12*. I can say I would be struggling to say if it really helped a lot. I wore my jacket over the vest and a couple of shirts under the vest. It wasn't like It made me warm but more like what a set of disposable hand warmers would do. I tried to leave it on high, but it seemed to want to be on medium. I did get around 5hrs out of the battery. I bought a spare so that helped for the day. It felt good when I would force the heating elements up against me. As the day got warmer it felt better. This would be great at about 40 to 50* weather. Over all I was not expecting it to do any more than it did. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It was light weight, built well and it did heat up. The only cons I have is the battery pocket is a little far back and hard to reach with my right hand over to more than half way on my left side to place the battery in. I missed the pocket a couple of times. This can't be good for the cable. It could be my age and range of shoulder motion. I also don't like the lit button on my chest. It brought a lot of attention to it. It was more like kid clothing. I'm not the guy for lighted clothing. No regrets for the purchase.

Wow. Looks like a nice jacket. Would be nice for fishing and those cold football games.
It is really nice! Will be neat to try it out when it gets close to zero!

Haha. Might be a good strategy! Daughter said it was like an electric blanket.
