    This video is almost 3yrs, just now only im seeing this video i think this video is best for making Black forest cake and the way you thaught how to scrap and smooth the cake is perfect other tutorials they only teach how to make cake not all the details but you teach each and every details.     I have tried your recipe in same way as u told in video and my black forest cake was made awesome. My daughter enjoyed a lot. She was very happy.     Thanks mam. Can you please tell that after whipping the cream and layering it on the cake where n how should we keep the rest of the icing to use it for next layering. In the fridge or fridger n how much time. Do v need to beat it again if it looses its consistency. Hiw to maintain thr consistency for further use. Please guide me.

      Good question
      As we work in ac condition I leave it out but if it’s hot where u are put it in the fridge and mix before u use it. If it becomes too soft u need to add some more unwhipped cream n rewhip.
      If u have left over cream store in freezer will store well. But again when using add liquid cream and rewhip

    Love it .. but how much sugar do i add in the whipping cream if its without sugar ?

      All whipping cream usually have sugar already added
      Otherwise in 200 gms I would add 2/3 tablespoons of icing sugar . You can also taste and check for sweetness

      It’s your own choice but some cakes like fruit cakes n Black Forest it’s a must to use cream .
