I like the F1 Medium Bernedoodle. Good size, traits from both parents. You can see from the puppy what traits they will grow up to be: shorter muzzle, straighter hair, shorter legs, big paws = Bernese mountain dog. Longer muzzle, longer legs = traits of the poodle father. That's my experience.
