You simply sign up in the lobby. It has regular times, but we found they were quite happy to accomodate other needs.
Oh thanks for the video, We just made our reservation for this Halloween season, we are very excited! The hotel looks very comfortable, I love that it has the Keurig coffee maker so I can bring my own capsules! One question, does the room have a microwave?
They did not have microwaves in the room.
