  • This video is some of the work it took to get the work done for blob 51. I’ll try to keep the videos shorter because not many of you watch to the end… too boring?? Once i get a heap of videos done ill do a summarised version. Much appreciated if you like and subscribe. It takes me months of nights after working on the boat to edit the videos.

I watch your videos because it makes the projects I'm doing on my Bertram 20 seem easy. Where I would otherwise be somewhat overwhelmed, I look at what you're doing and say, "Sheesh, this is nothing." I also love seeing the love that Bertram deserves sunk into her. Keep on keeping on. From Tacoma, WA to wherever you are, the love for our Bertrams is mutual.

Bet you'll be glad M, when you've finished this easy work then get onto the tricky stuff, ha, ha.
Sterling work M, like your problem sorting process to get things right, how you envisage it, which can't always be put on a drawing or technical detail plan..
Looking forward to the next video.

It’s all fine and good building the parts but you need to know the technique to put it together too! Is what I’ve found. Next video will reveal more.

@@Micington Have you considered polycarbonate for the boat windows?
It’s more flexible to work with than acrylic and can be supplied with hard scratch resistant and uv protective coating to both sides.
However it it a bit more difficult to heat form than acrylic.
      Just a thought M.

@@Micington Good on you Mate! I have learnt a plethera of personal words over the years! Growing up I had an opportunity to spend time with Ted Geisel known to the world as Dr Seuss! Going into a Box for fun and Excessive and playing with toys is most satisfying! And My Harley is also Fun once again! It sat waiting for me last couple years while my body recovered from stupidity and failed to let me be productive. Don't ever redeem the time though! Guess it's been good as I wouldn't have gotten to know some about others via the world wide web! This too has been Fun. Be Safe and Well and enjoy each day!

@@Micington nooooooooo!!!!! You need a 560 supercharged big block with at least 800 / 1000 horsepower. Don’t forget the pad for the bottom to get her out of the water too.
Or maybe a Cummins 6bt with lots of grunt.
