- This video is some of the work it took to get the work done for blob 51. I’ll try to keep the videos shorter because not many of you watch to the end… too boring?? Once i get a heap of videos done ill do a summarised version. Much appreciated if you like and subscribe. It takes me months of nights after working on the boat to edit the videos.
I watch your videos because it makes the projects I'm doing on my Bertram 20 seem easy. Where I would otherwise be somewhat overwhelmed, I look at what you're doing and say, "Sheesh, this is nothing." I also love seeing the love that Bertram deserves sunk into her. Keep on keeping on. From Tacoma, WA to wherever you are, the love for our Bertrams is mutual.
Thank you for watching and giving me the credit for making your Bertram project seem easier! Hahah …Cheers 🥂 from QLD
Good day my friend! You are the Wizard of dedication to producing the ultimate BERT! Congrats for your tenacity and the fact you are enjoying the Process! One of these days you will have it almost the way you want it! Huge Smiles for you
Hahah thank you very much!
I watch the whole videos as well, I love watching your work.
haha thanks mate
I always watch to the end cos I'm so proud of my son's dedication and commitment to create an amazing Bertram. ❤️❤️❤️
Love you xxx
I look forward to all of your videos! And I DO watch them to the end. Just fascinating content!
Thanks mate. I’ll keep chugging away lol
The meticulous work makes for longer format videos but that is what makes watching intriguing. Always go to the end!! I love the play by play of your thought processes as you travel down roads untravelled!!
Awesome! Thank you! Much appreciate.
Bet you'll be glad M, when you've finished this easy work then get onto the tricky stuff, ha, ha.
Sterling work M, like your problem sorting process to get things right, how you envisage it, which can't always be put on a drawing or technical detail plan..
Looking forward to the next video.
Hahahahahah I’ll be stoked when this easy work is done ;) lol then it’s just the hard sanding and paint lol
It’s all fine and good building the parts but you need to know the technique to put it together too! Is what I’ve found. Next video will reveal more.
@@Micington Best advice I was given years ago on painting by a professional refinisher was:- Close your eyes and hope the dust devils don’t know you’re doing it.
Good luck M
@@Micington Have you considered polycarbonate for the boat windows?
It’s more flexible to work with than acrylic and can be supplied with hard scratch resistant and uv protective coating to both sides.
However it it a bit more difficult to heat form than acrylic.
Just a thought M.
Always watch the whole video bud , what you talking about ha ha I can not get enough and wait , wait ,wait for the next upload let's gooooo 🤙🎣⚓️
Thanks 👍I'll try to get the rest of the vids done asap! I'm glad you like em
@Micington loving them mate for the back yard build and what you are trying to accomplish in your own shed is next level 👌

@@scottyzfishing5660 thank you so much. Everything takes longer and is much harder then I think lol I finished making the next video !
Well you just keep keeping on mate, fine wine takes a while to cure to perfection so there is no rush to get the finish effect you desire and will achieve with this build 👌
I like your boat friend
U tha man
I have learnded a new word from you as well! Getting it "Lineded" up! Congrats for the grammar check too!
Hahah you would’ve linded heaps of stuff up in your time lol glad you learnt a knew word ;) I like newsing the wrong words although linded up came out on accident lol
@@Micington Good on you Mate! I have learnt a plethera of personal words over the years! Growing up I had an opportunity to spend time with Ted Geisel known to the world as Dr Seuss! Raised in California and he became a client and friend. He also Flies with the Geese! Chomping at the bit here to be moving to new shop! Hoping that In some ways don't go to heaven first! Health is good these days at 74 yrs young. And need a distraction from the daily news and the craziness that's going in in our lives here. Where are you located on Planet Earth btw.
Going into a Box for fun and Excessive and playing with toys is most satisfying! And My Harley is also Fun once again! It sat waiting for me last couple years while my body recovered from stupidity and failed to let me be productive. Don't ever redeem the time though! Guess it's been good as I wouldn't have gotten to know some about others via the world wide web! This too has been Fun. Be Safe and Well and enjoy each day!
great effort as always and i always watch the whole video's
Legend! Thank you! You are one of the 24% that make it to the end! Hahaha I appreciate the time you took to comment and tell me! Helps me have enthusiasm to make more!
@@Micington hi your inspiring me no thanks needed i love what your doing and sharing 🤘

Haha thanks Chook chook
I watch the whole videos lol
thankyou. I'll try to blob the rest of the videos together quickly haha as nicely as i can Of Course lol
Another BLOB !! So much work... will be interested to know what kind of power plant you'll go with.
You’re gonna be disappointed lol straight 6 cyl turbo diesel Mercruiser with bravo 2 leg. Lol but I over sized the engine compartment for something bigger just incase ;)
@@Micington nooooooooo!!!!! You need a 560 supercharged big block with at least 800 / 1000 horsepower. Don’t forget the pad for the bottom to get her out of the water too.
Or maybe a Cummins 6bt with lots of grunt.
