Hiiii..madam..krithika natarajan... I played for your kutcheri at tiruppur.. Hope u remember.. How are you all.. I think n.c.bharadhwaj played mridhangam.... Actor Sivakumar..then sachu madam all were there.
A scintillating exemplary performance in every aspects . Highly commendable Kalyan i raga alapana miraval and swaram. Krithika deserves full applause and all praise for her most memorable evergreen performance. Violin was superb . Mridangam was excellent.
A Gamakam laden Good Voice with a subdued Sruthi level. Selection of Nice Raagaas from the Very Opening - a sparkling Hindolam, followed by Sourashtram, asAAveri and then Kalyani. A Superb Sketch of Kalyani and sweet rendition of Bhajare rejitha Baalaambikaa, followed by a nice Thamizh Krithi in Sindhu Bhairavi, a sweet Hamir Kalyani and a Thillaanaa in Sivaranjani / Neelamani (?). (Unfortunately, this's the only concert in this series I felt Audio was not set @ a desirable level thus hampering our enjoyment a bit. Bass should be ideally at a Low Or Medium level. If Bass is set @ a high level, it will lead to vibration, kara kara Sound & feed back when the Audio Volume is increased. Ideally, Sharp should be set a bit high so that the Sound reception would be sweet to the Listeners. No offence, my valued opinion is, better, Artists also keep in mind how the Sound reception would be felt by the the Rasikaas and leave it to the discretion of the Recording Technicians who, based on their experience, normally set it at an ideal level. Otherwise, it's a Nice Concert, well sung, with a good Accompanying Support from the Violinist Kamalakiran & Mridangist Akshay Anantha Padmanaban whose consistency is well known.) Well done, Keep it up!
I agree, the sound got distorted midway through the concert. But if properly done, the audio adjustments for the monitor should not affect the streaming quality .
