    Nice one aka, man from me own heart. Twud be worth mentioning the very excellent Aggourias Bakery below and just past the Castle on the Poros road where you can get a very competitive coffee and all things baked. And as you know, for the benefit of your viewers there's a very helpful Pharmacy nearby.

    Another excellent and informative video thanks Rudgey. The location of your flat is absolutely stunning. From your own experience of many years living/staying in Kefalonia, how numerous are full-time UK expats? Few and far between, or numerous pockets? I am very keen, but my missus is concerned that there would be little/no network of Brits (which I would agree is a concern as we are at the stage of life where realistically we would be unlikely, with the best will in the world, fully to integrate into local culture). It'd be great to have your thoughts. Keep up the good work!

      They recon there are 40000 people living here, and 5000 of those are British, you will be surprised how many you bump into, having said that ive found the Greek people are only to pleased to include me in any thing thats going on. The other thing i would point out is a few of my English friends dont and never have spoken Greek,i am trying to learn the language however

    Hello 👋 . I was wondering 🤔 how much is monthly to pay for water, electricity and tax ? 🤔

    • @Rudgeyakathedoctor
      @Rudgeyakathedoctor  2 года назад +1

      apparently water isn't to bad , but ive heard some horror story's about the electric

      The air bnb where i stayed this year has more than doubled their rental charge for 2023 to cover the expected rise in "utilty" costs! 😕.......

      @@Inkniron64 yes probably because people put the aircon on and then go out, the air con is expensive to run. Also as in tbe uk every thing got moor expensive this year, lets hope prices of fuel electric etc come back to a reasonable level
