  • A Wildlife Documentary on the Red-listed Herring Gull in Scotland.
They steal your chips, they poo on your car, they keep you up at night, and they dive bomb you on your peaceful walk home. This is what comes to mind for a lot of people when they think of Gulls, so no wonder they would want to rid themselves of these birds...
But perhaps there is more to these seabirds?
This short wildlife documentary follows Kevin Newell, a pest controller, who fights for non-lethal and wildlife friendly alternatives by inventing creative solutions to Gull problems; as well as Gull experts Dave Grant and Flo Blackbourn, who allow us to see these birds in a new light.
RTS award winning presenter, Carla Basu, leads this emotional debate where Scottish laws are broken and changed out of hatred and protection of this unpopular red-listed sea bird; The Herring Gull.
