Yes, but the baby can't spawn with any Mystic parts so you are guaranteed a normal Axie baby regardless of the parents. Only Axies WITHOUT parents had a chance to spawn with Mystic parts.
I sold it back to Jiho for a 50% profit. As for being worth 1 million someday, I'd say the likelihood is on the smaller side since the ronin hack and issuing collapse of AXS and player population, but I do still believe it's possible! All the player created games in Lunacia are a great idea!
