Loose wires cause heat build up like that. I would’ve started with that. Also, I don’t have an inferred thermometer yet. But that would have came in handy here. Going to get one for instances like this and to check for water leaks as well as low insulation, etc.

I have the flair thermal camera which is awesome. Her house is like a green house on the inside and she has alot of stuff plugged in over loading the breakers from what I was told.
