First impressions are fine for a lot of makeup products, but I think foundations warrant a more in-depth review. Just my humble opinion. 😇🤓

Madison I also have extremely dry skin and the watermelon glow works so well to make it more hydrated it also smells delicious! U should give it a try. I also got the new milk watermelon stick I throw that in my purse and use it throughout the day it is sooo hydrating feels amazing.
i worked for l'occitane and trust me, that cream is amazing for dry skin. i used to recommend it a lot to people suffering from skin problems as well as pregnant ladies because it helps with stretch marks on the long run. amazing purchase!

The ordinary is amazing!! The foundations are also quite nice, and I’ve noticed they go out of stock a lot because of how popular they are. They’re so inexpensive and here in Australia we cannot purchase skincare this cheap even in the drugstore! I order off of beauty bay when I buy it
Make sure not to go ham on the body lava. From what I seen on reviews, you just need one drop in a certain area and spread. Otherwise it may be yacht or sticky as they say.
Regarding the dull skin, make sure you’re exfoliating 2/3x a week, lifting the dead skin helps to make your hydrating products go deeper into the skin to plump the cells and illuminate them. Hydrating products for the most part do not have an exfoliating agent, and cannot break through the dead skin to hydrate the live tissue.
I would love to see a review on the Sunday Riley Foundation :) and maybe other products by Sunday Riley. I have never tried their products and am in need of some recommendations :)

You should try The Ordinary’s Rosehip Facial Oil. It’s always sold out but it’s so good! And BTW that Pat McGrath Palette is bomb! The formula is perfection.

My skin got soooooo dry during my first pregnancy that I would cry when I had to take a shower because it seemed like even the best body washes would still make my skin so dry and it would burn and itch and flake on my whole body! It was terrible. I hope yours don’t get that bad! I wouldn’t want anyone to experience that awful feeling! 😭
I've heard though that with hyaluronic acid if you live in a dry environment (low humidity), the hyaluronic acid will draw moisture from your skin, making you more dry. Because of this, I always check the humidity levels of the day to see if there's enough moisture in the air. When I notice the air is particularly dry, I forgo using any products with hyaluronic acid.
