- We absolutely needed to check out this video. We actually decided to save it and watch it with all of you. Really captures that classic Alexi signature sound. This would've been one heck of a great band. We were so happy when we found out that they decided to release the material these guys had already recorded. We hope you guys enjoy this as much as we did, Thank you Alexi for the years of wonderful music.

The other guitarist is Daniel Freyberg, ex-Naildown, ex-Norther. He played in Children of Bodom from 2015-2019 after Roope, up until the end. The bassist is Mitja Toivonen, ex-Santa Cruz. The drummer is Waltteri Väyrynen from Paradise Lost.
Great reaction brother, I felt the same when it did released.
He never gave up doing this style of music because remember Children Of Bodom is Aleksi, and when he started a new band, it went right were cob left (after he got his guitars stolen) so with Bodom after midnight, Aleksi went back to FTR and HCDR as Daniel freyberg mention it.
Something I’d like to point out that nobody seems to notice, is that Aleksi dyed his hair blond again, he was really going back all the way from there to the top once again.

I think because of the blastbeats this song really sonds like the hatebreeder era. Its more brutal than the last 3 cob albums combined and i'm very happy about it. I dont know if he dyed his hair blond again or if it just looks like it because of the lights in the video.

So sad . We've been listening to a ton of his music lately . He is sorely missed.
@@mexikrainianchronicles9106 He was photographed with his heroes (like Steve Vai) on cover of metal and rock magazines. He was elected as one of the best guitarists in the World.... Alexi got what he wanted. He created a legend.
