Sold. Past me would have straight bought the album off of the first 30 seconds and that melodeath riff, it's definitely in my book and still stuck in my head. Really loved that I could hear everything so crisp in it, said before that's the one gripe I had about early 00's melodeath. Not sure "clean death" is worth it as a label, because everything these days has that great clean production to it it's kinda expected now.
Last two weeks i have had earworm shouting me, drag me the rain! Just a thought, could middle point been made for interaction in live performance? Seen them once on stage, it was perfect! Great reaction👍
@C0necat Yep. This is textbook Gothenburg sound. In Flames, At The Gates and Dark Tranquility started it during the 90s in Gothenburg sweden. The rest of the world just followed. Finnish bands really push the melodeath to the next level, but they remain true to the original influences.
I totally get what you say about the cleanness (or is it cleanliness) when compared to Swarmageddon. BRHG had more of that happening on their older album which are my favourites for the most part. Another good example would be another Finnish band called Beast In Black.
I have just spent more time thinking about cleanness/cleanliness than I should have. I have decided I will never use cleanliness in relation to music. Even though I don't think cleanness is a word. I saw Beast in Black supporting Nightwish and they were great, exactly like Battlebeast for obvious reasons but great.

Another great riffs tune, and your point about production makes them all the better and clear. I grabbed this song, looking forward to the album.
This band is just sooo fucking goood 🤘🇫🇮

Well, Gothenburg sound, crystal clear production. Good stuff!
Gothenburg sound from Finland? Ah yes.

Well spoken, about the genre. There also was something in the guitarplaying that reminded me of old Amorphis. A little folky. Cool band. Cheers
Glad you like it 😀🤟 keep up the good work.
For newer viewers the Album is called Kings & Queens

What about 'Prod-Metal'? I love this band and this song shows they're still at the top of their game. Cheers Hedgy.

Good stuff, this is a banger! IMHO I think you started your BRHG journey with the wrong song, try out Where the Sinners Crawl!
reacting to something and liking it and not knowing anything about it seems like a reaction of youtube :D
BRHG ❤️
there it is... audible at last :P
I have no idea why there was no sound before.
Please react to Aetherian’s new video, “Primordial Words.” It’s so good. Thanks.
