Hi I'm thinking about buying this software & I was wondering If I can access the Apple Apps store using this program or only the IMazing apps store.
There's no such thing as the iMazing app store. iMazing can download apps you've already acquired, from Apple servers.

Is the iMazing license(s) attached to the ios devices or the computer? Wanting to but the “3 Device License” but unsure what that means. Does it mean I can install and use iMazing on 3 computers, or 3 ios devices i.e. phones/ipad?

Device Licenses are associated to the iOS devices you activate them for (meaning the iPhones/iPads you want to manage with iMazing) which means that with a 3 Device License you'll be able to manage up to 3 iOS devices on any computer you wish (there's no limitation about this)

No, at all, there are plenty of 100% free features and the premium ones will let you try with a limited set of items.

Hi Sam, unfortunately, there's not much that you can do if the device is disabled. You could put it into DFU mode and then erase the device, but you won't be able to restore the data from it in this case.

I am unable to install .ipa files on my 2018 Macbook Air. Is it only supported for M1 macs?

Hi! If you're talking about the ability to run iOS apps which aren't available on the Mac App Store, that was NEVER a feature of iMazing, just an accidental byproduct.

We're sorry about this, but as we said it was never an official feature of our software, just accidentally possible for a while. We never advertised it either, knowing it would not last long.. it does not depend on iMazing and we can't do anything about it if the macOS version doesn't allow it. Happy to buy it if I can get a confirmation that it will let me install an app that is no longer in the iTunes Store. Prior to 15 I could just drag the app IPA over the iPhone while inside of an older version of iTunes and it would install.

How do you use from an iPad if you don’t have a computer?
You can't use iMazing in that case, I'm afraid, as it needs to be installed on either Windows or a Mac computer.

Hi Ann! The messages feature is not fully available in the trial version and you can only export a couple of messages. You will need a license to unlock all iMazing's capabilities without any restrictions. Iphone does not have directory like on pc or mac. imazing says they are there and I can activate them through imazing when connected to pc. just need to access them in my work environment from my iphone. Cheers

The initial connection, allowing to pair the device with a computer - automatically enabling WiFi in the process - does require a physical connection via USB. I needs to happen only once.

After this, you can connect over wi-fi (as long as the device and computer are on the same network) And you'll be able to see the progress of transfers on your computer or if you opt for automatic backups - you'll receive a notification on your computer once the backup is done.

Hi there! Initial backup indeed can take longer, but the following ones are much quicker - especially if you connect your device via cable. From there on, once you have the backup, you can quickly browse the data set that you want and do so rather quickly!
@@DigiDNANetOfficial I had a previous back up couple of a couple of months ago. I connected my iPhone and it’s still told me 55 minutes to go, which is insane for just this increment. I just wanted to quickly extract a specific chat.
So, as I understand, it is not possible to simply extract one specific thing from the iPhone, correct? You have to always perform a full back of the phone before you can do anything, correct?
If this is so, is there a going to be an update that will allow you to do simple and quick things like what I’m asking, without needing to go through this entire and very time-consuming process of backing up the whole phone first?

How to log out our device from imazing
You can right click on the device you want to remove in the side bar and select "Forget" from the menu!

iMazing So the mac i was using wasnt the required version.

We offer both options actually. It all boils down to how many devices you use iMazing with. If you use premium features with more than 3 new devices per year, the Unlimited Devices subscription is the right choice. How to transfer WhatsApp messages from google drive to iPhone through your software?
Hey Vivek, unless the message threads have been extracted using iMazing via a backup procedure as described in the link below, you won't be able to get them through to the iPhone's WhatsApp app. There are numerous ways to transfer data to an inPhone though - depending on the file format the WhatsApp data is stored under - and that includes a PDF export that can be stored and accessed on the iPhone, so please have a look at the guide linked below and do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team.

Hey Philip no you can't do that in iMazing.
What you can do using iMazing is to copy all your messages, and then actually delete all the chats in the WhatsApp ap itself:
In the Chats tab, tap:
More options > Settings > Chats > Chat history.
Tap Delete all chats.
