I purchased this software. How do I transfer photos from my regular photo app on my phone to an external hard drive or at least to my Mac so I can load up my external with them? I keep trying but it's adding photos from my Mac to my phone instead. I'm trying to clean out all my photos on my phone to clear up space.

Hi, I am trying to export ProRes video files from my iPhone 14 Pro using iMazing and it does not allow me to do so. It only allows me to export non-ProRes video files. I have the latest version of iMazing. Any ideas?

I have downloaded the trial and so far I like it, however, I downloaded all the attachments from a text message and the second time I downloaded them from that person it duplicated the first group of photos. Is there a way to only downloaded those that are new?

How do you undisable the iCloud account on imazing? Because I had multiple unsuccessful attempts for the second firewall password which caused my iCloud account to be locked. Do u have any clue how to “unlock” it?

Well thank you but I was hoping by your title you really meant transfer (aka move, aka copy to my Mac and delete from my iPhone) rather than merely copy to my Mac. What I am looking for is a way to transfer a hugh number of photos and videos from iPhone to my Mac (aka copy to Mac and automatically delete from my phone). Can you show us how to do this please?

That depends on the plan you select. If you buy the annual subscription plan, you can add new devices whenever you want under the same annual fee you have already paid. If however you chose the by device plan, then each new device will require an additional one-time device fee that is tied to the device and last the life of the device.
So it’s up to you if you want a recurring annual fee, or a one-time (but in effect a recurring whenever you buy a new device) fee. Either way they will continue to get money from you, but if you hold onto devices for a long time and don’t buy new ones often, then it quite likely will be more cost effective to go the by device route. It just depends on your situation.
