When I export a photo, and click "get info" the date that the photo was taken is gone. How can I preserve the actual date of the photo taken when you export the photo? I am excited to get rid of iCloud and Photo!!

Hey Tyler! You need at least as much space on the host computer than the iPhone used storage. Also make sure the iPhone being backed up has some free space - ideally over 10% free space. Perhaps you're on an older macOS version? iMazing is compatible all the way back to macOS 10.9, but some of the fancier features cannot work well on older macOS versions.

Interestingly enough, the photos section of my Windows version 2.11.2 of iMazing looks nothing like what you have shown us, nor does there seem to be much of the functionality you demonstrate. Why is this? My version of iMazing is paid for. Is this because more functionality is offered on the Mac version than the Windows one? Seems unfair as we all pay the same pricing.
As we mention in the video and in the linked article, we rolled out this Photos update on macOS first, Windows coming this Summer. We're hard at work on it!
