The problem is it doesn’t meet the frequency ranges specified by the California vehicle code for authorized siren tones. People think wail and yelp are the only tones allowed but some wail and yelp tones don’t meet title 13 frequency requirements making them illegal to use. No one will really enforced it but if you get into a wreck with an illegal tone you will be found at fault.
