I spoke to Food standards agency and the women on the phone was shocked how dangerous drinks the raw juices are, how I could spread Salmonella to the public. What is wrong with UK? If I add some neurotoxins to food, poisoning it, as aspartame or MSG, its fine. But healthy raw juice is not.
You can keep the juice refrigerated for up to 4 days after juicing. To extend the shelf life yes you can either freeze it or HPP ( High Pressure Processing ) it however both can lower the nutritional value of the juice. Freezing is the cheaper option as HPP can be more expensive !

I have the same question. I guess you juice as much as you want. Keep tasting and make sure u record how many fruits and or vegetables you use/add so you don’t lose track.
yes you would need to play / research with your juicer and record what you are juicing ( how much & weights etc ) for the desired taste then just repeat and replicate.
