I worked at a whole food supermarket and vendors for bottled juices tried to explain how great their products were. Unfortunately anything bottled for retail IS typically flash pasteurized. This means it's dead, not fresh... It's really sad how some consumers aren't educated about this! Fresh juice bars are the way to go!!!
@@kendall7086 most cold press juice big brands like suja use high presure pastureization, meaning it does not get heated up, rather something like 80,000 pounds of pressure in a pressure chamber kills off the bacteria. Instead of using heat.
I think this is one of the coolest videos I have seen about your "transition" to the store front. Market research is super important! Keep up the awesomeness, Lauren, and Jordan!!
Ironic video lol...We live in Columbus and we're planning on opening a juice bar, hopefully in Easton or the Short North...the two places you visited! Your channel is great!

Cold Hpp is better than heat flash pasteurization. Most brands do this now.

I was just thinking of doing this in my area! Love this! Best video ever!
Awesome video La! Can’t wait to open our juice shop!
Thanks after watching this video I settled for Midwest Juicery's Green with Envy
It sounded like you said, "This juice too shall pass" That cracked me up. I now say that before drinking any raw juice. It's like my little prayer.

Such a nice lady. Easy to follow. Passionate
When I am not able to find raw(and too lazy to do it myself) I purchase Suja uber greens. love that stuff!
I am inviting you to come to ghana and check our cold pressed juices we produce

I hate the Kale Ginger juice bottle! Shit is nasty because of the after taste of the ginger.
Just make your own at home and save your money 💰.......

Organic is kinda a junk word in the U.S. It doesn’t take much to label things Organic then charge a crapload for it. :/
