Seth sings in some of the softer songs and acoustics I'm pretty sure.

First time I'd ever heard of these guys was live when they opened for ADTR on their homecoming show in Ocala, and I was super impressed. I looked them up afterwards, and now they're one of my favorite bands. Keep it up, guys!

Starlord Stavanger haven’t heard of some of those bands so I’ll have to check them out. Never really liked Oh Sleeper but their new song The Island bumps. I’m pumped for TAIM and WATG but I’m just more excited for Northlane, Slipknot, Knocked Loose, and now Wage War (plus others I’m drawing a blank on)

I hope to god you are still out there? No matter what any politician or far left idea echo chamber says, there are mostly good cops and a few bad ones. but as with any other group of people, 1 or 2 bad ones can fuck the entire system into the ground.
As a former soldier I am all to familiar with the 1 idiot makes us all idiots system. Under it my entire squad or platoon would have to pay a price because one moron thought he was smarter or better than the rest and didn't have to play the game by the rules.
People truly do not understand the key role you play in a functioning society. Every day life is a very delicate machine and all the little gears, belts and pulleys have to work. If a cog doers break it sometimes boils down to a very simple fact? The police are usually the only thing left that keeps anarchy from running rampant and having you, your home and your property still there in the morning.
When it gets to the point that soldiers and policeman are standing side by side in the street, your shit is weak because if that line breaks, so does the rule of law. Should chaos ensue? you are on your own after that. You can't even call your mommy because she may already be dead. If someone punches you in the face and takes your hot pocket, eats it and works your girlfriend or boyfriend over? tough shit!
IMHO, being a cop is the hardest job in the world. As a soldier, we have enemies and I generally know the uniform they are wearing, in what direction and location I can find the nice person that will attempt to blow my brains out and frag me into oblivion. The plus side to that is whatever is left of you generally fits in a small box and the government saves a lot of money in shipping costs sending you back to the USA.
As a cop, every time you have an interaction with another human being you ask yourself "Is this the one? and is today my day?" Your enemy is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. There is absolutely no such thing as a routine traffic stop because you must be on guard every time. People are just bat shit crazy today and even an 85 year old woman has the potential of shooting you through the car door and blowing your junk off as you stand there? (If you were married longer than a year or two? not a really big deal cause you probably weren't using it much anyway? )
Police have a much higher rate of PTSD than even combat veterans in some cases. A Vietnam vet can relate to being a cop in some cases because even children had the potential in that war to pull the pin on a grenade and stuff it up your ass. An officer has that problem of not knowing who, what, when and where some idiot will try to wipe him out every time their shift starts. Talk about a thankless job? More than one cop has been killed anywhere from 1 year to one day before retirement.
Ok my rant is over, I just wanted to thank you for your service and hopefully open a few eyes as to what being a cop is like? Hell, I really just touched the tip of the ice burg when it comes to the shit show you guys and gals deal with on a daily basis. You are tougher than I'll ever be and this song does rock!

This album is the best IMHO. There are three songs that hit so hard on me I can't stop the tears but I keep playing them on repeat because it brings me right back to when I was desperate for change and finally made the decision to change. I have been clean and so we for 12 yrs and just went through a divorce 2 yrs ago and man I have isolated and made sure I have taken time to heal. I will also say that I just started working out at 53 and this whole album is awesome to motivate me to push through and build. You guys are awesome. I am sorry I missed you when you were here in Oklahoma City. I won't miss you next time around.
