I was in Kraków over Christmas 2019. At 4:17, the camera pans to the right past Benjamin Holcer Stolarz - which used to be a Carpentry shop (most likely before WWII…). It is now a bar/grille kind of thing (you can see the menu outside the door). Inside, attached to some of the tables, are old wooden vices and other tools that were left in the shop when the owners were forced to vacate during the war.
In the winter, they serve HOT beer with raspberry syrup. That’s right…HOT beer. It was frickin awesome! I’m dying to go back!

Jesussssssssssssssssssssssss!. I would never drink "Żubrówka" vodka itself! This is a vodka for cocktails. The most popular is with apple juice. The apple pie is called. :-))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Gulasz is a national Hungarian dish. Goulash is a soup there. In Poland and Austria, goulash is a meat stew. :-P
