I came across your video.i am 22 and I am pregnant with my first baby i found out at around 20 weeks that she has anencephaly. They suggested termination but I couldn't do it. Thank you for making this video. It is helping me know I'm not alone.
Dear God, Please come down and be with Kali. Wrap your loving arms around her. May she feel your comfort. May she have strength that she never knew she had. May you give her peace in her soul and assurance of what she should do next. Help her to know you, to know your presence, to know your great faithfulness. May she see this trial as it is in the light of eternity. May she know that if she trusts you, she will see her child one day in the presence of the angels. That this child’s life doesn’t end after their heart takes its last beat. That you have had a plan for Kali’s life and the life of her unborn child since the foundation of the world. That this trial was not meant to harm but for good. That we live in a fallen world, full of sin, and these things unfortunately happen to the just and the unjust. Lord help Kali to know that she has a bright future ahead, even though this present time is so incredibly dark and painful. May her baby feel the love that is inside Kali’s heart and know that their life was wanted. In the name of Jesus, amen.
I'm so sorry. I lossed my first baby/daughter 6 months ago at 7 months due to Anencephaly. I couldn't imagine going through this again. It makes me so scared to try again.
B Lauren I’m praying for you. I’ve had two completely normal healthy pregnancies since. I think it important to take this time between children and get super healthy. Find a great multivitamin, look into methylated folic acid! Look into MTHFR mutation. Let me know how you’re doing.
I found out when I was 7 month along that my baby had anencephaly. It wouldn't have mattered if I would have found out earlier I would have still carried him to term. I waited 10 years before I got pregnant again and had a miscarriage. I went thru a time when I hated God, but now that I'm older I realize God's plan for me was to help other children....I'm pretty sure if I would have had children I wouldn't have been as open to help other kids. I am so glad that you have a strong faith to help you thru this. God bless you!
Julie Boyer I have a good friend that also was led to care for children. She began fostering. Those children wouldn’t have had a stable home without her. The foster system is overrun. God bless you for that.

I had a vaginal birth after a previous C-section. With that said I’d never waste a C-section on a fetus that will die. I would have terminated no question.
