Ouch, they still haven't improved Killer's POV, Freddy still can't see the progression of his power like the survivors, worse still, he can no longer see the progression of invincibility after using an alarm clock.
Wow! I used to have him as my favorite when I was an early beginner because he seemed easy to learn, with minimum of mechanics. Now it seems he's gonna be very complicated and I will struggle 😰
Quite the power buff! Only thing I feel like he could do with is a little bit of a cooldown increase on the dream snares. Right now, 5 seconds feels like they could actually be spammed. Apart from that, I feel like once survivors start figuring out how to counter the new power, he's gonna feel great to play as and against. A friend of mine actually brought up a good point that clown will likely need some attention too. Freddy basically is just clown but better as he can teleport.
I would also like it if the new add-on where you get current-state Snare (a frozen in-place one) could have 2 or 3 charges rather than just one, since being unable to launch it means you could basically play more like The Trapper by having a couple Snares active in specific spots

I said it somewhere else but if Freddy stays even halfway like this, he’s going from only used for the dailies to easily being in my rotation of favorites. I think if he’s exactly how he is now though, that’ll be perfect

@@yaboibest2035there’s also the new reworked add-on which gives us old frozen-in-place Snare but it only has one charge :( that new add-on should have 2 or 3 charges so it lets us play more like The Trapper instead of having line-projectiles like PHead’s projectiles

Freddy went from pretty much useless m1 killer to op beast, he's much more versatile now. I like this rework. Ggs as always Scary
I would rather see Alastor crossover with indie shows than him in dbd

If they changed the chase music, it would be cool
What does the new snare do? Does it slow like the old snare?
The new snare is like a thrown projectile that slides on the ground and will still apply hindered just as the old snares did.
It hinders for 4 seconds, kinda similar to clown bottles but for longer
Yeah think like a Pyramid Head throw thing but instead of damaging it either gets survivors sleepy or slowed if they are asleep

@scarynocommentary so I never really played freddy that much, but that wave he does that strikes survivors, is it a new thing for him?
It slows survivors who are asleep and builds up the sleep meter for those who are awake
