Super nice little car, loved it, plenty of space, flat loading bay.............but VERY expensive to service - sold it and never looked back.

Habe auch schon ein Fahrzeug ohne Probefahrt gekauft (E85 Z4) wenn man die Schwachstellen des Modells kennt und der Preis trotz möglicher Defekte iO sind (auch die der Verkäufer ggf. verschweigt) dann kann man das auch mal riskieren. Natürlich hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass die Lenkung "klebt" und Kühlsystem undicht wurde. Der Preis war heiß und der Verkäufer war glaubwürdig, also alles ok.

I own this car, after 25 years, it is a shame that this remarkable machine was let down by a weak gear in the automatic transmission. It is a common problem for this car. The computer in the automatic is also know for failure. I had to replace the fuel pum at teh 225,000 km mark. this should have been engineered for life of the engine. The timing chain is stretched, should have been beefed up. My japanese Mazda went 440,000 km before the clutch was worn out (my fault, pulling a trailer) the Mazda never used oil. Shame on Mercedes , this is why they will go bankrupt. WHo wants to invest in a car that loses value so quickly, Japanese cars are sought after in the second hand market.
Then don't buy one with an automatic gearbox it doesn't matter what car it is an automatic gearbox is bad on a cars just a manual ons

I bought this car used with 181.000 kilometers and after less than just 9.000 kilometers the clutch failed! 😢
It was not a good buy.

Центральный замок пневматический!! Как и корректор фар!!!
Как будто это авто 1980года.
Как можно сделать пневматические замок центральным, не имея контактов в замке??? Мерседес это сделал так - при КАЖДОМ открытии водительской двери включается насос центрального замка!!! Внимание!! - При КАЖДОМ ОТКРЫТИИ ВОДИТЕЛЬСКОЙ ДВЕРИ.. Если вы на отдыхе, на пикнике открыли дверь 20 раз на заглушеном авто то и насос замка будет запущен 20 раз!!! Плюс к этому они не сделали кнопку выключения освещения в салоне и при открытых дверях свет будет включатся и через 20 раз у Вас сядет аккумулятор. Очень умное решение от мерседес!!!
Задняя подвеска - Инновация!!!!!!
На Фиат Типо така же задняя подвеска ставиться с 1985года!! Так же на Фиат Типо уже стоит полноценный электрический центральный замок, с моторами в замках и их выключателями!!!
Лучше бы сделали на мерседес датчик температуры и давления масла!! Как можно без убрать эти два важных сигнала????
МКПП начинает выть уже после 100т км.
Дворники - нет регулировки времени работы!!
