Awww thanks! The windward side is majestic and sometimes I can take this for granted seeing it everyday. It's words like this that remind me how beautiful this side of the Island is! Byodo temple is where a bunch of people's ashes are buried. If you go into the temple itself someone will hand you a pamphlet for selling you a spot to get buried in there. Not a bad resting spot really. haha. One thing I noticed on our visit was that the trees grow towards the temple like it's protecting it. Check your footage again. 😁

I really wish I found you before I took my trip to Hawaii. I would've purchased snowball cookies when I went to the Macadamia Nut Farm. Saving all your videos and taking notes for next time I visit.

Haha yeah I was jealous they have big muscles and I don't. Lol. And no need to feel shame! I lived here my whole life and I havet done the Sandbar or Chinamens Hat until Covid hit. So yeah, so much to explore. And I would only fall 8 feet since there is an extra area before the main cliff but can't tell from the videos. And my wife is the main supporter behind all of this. I kind of got a little lucky😊 Hope to see you at work Sally. Koolau Ballrooms are a beautiful place to have a wedding! Nice!🤙

Your bold standing on the wall of the Nuʻuanu Pali lookout cliff. Was your wife scared for you? It's too windy and I was scared to take video/pics with my cell phone. Because your a local, I'm sure your use to the wind in Hawaii. I love everything about the Valley of the Temples. So beautiful and serene! I wanted to go to the McDonald's across the street from Valley of the Temples, but didn't have time. Can't believe one of the places I didn't go on my Hawaii trip was McDonald's.
Aloha Nani! Actually, it wasn't too bad because there's a short 8 ft drop right behind that you can't see in the video. Lol. I would never stand o a cliff and the wife would t allow it. But yeah there so much beauty in Kaneohe. And we have 2 McDonalds to check out and try some of the Apple, Taro, and Haupia Pies.🤙

Fun video - thanks! On your video, at Kualoa I saw those beautiful mountains. Do I have to go inside there to see those views? or can you see them elsewhere? ok later in the video I see them behind the temple but it seems to block part of the view. We're a retired couple and won't be climbing Chinaman's Hat 😂 but I am thinking of having us do the counter clockwise tour of Oahu (Just one day- next day we'll see Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head). Do you have a video on that? I don't want to stop at so many places we feel rushed but would like to see the highlights of some of the rest of the island (near the end of September).
Aloha!! Actually.. you can see thr Mountains from the side of the road and at Kualoa Beach Park. But I would go do a Movie Tour inside the Ranch. And I do have vids on Honolulu and others on Things to Do and Eat in the area like Pearl Harbor too. Hope this helps👍🤙
Love your videos , but don’t like that you are telling visitors about restricted areas and even breaking the law going on closed trails. I lived in Kahaluu and worked at the Tropical MacNut Farm for years. Kualoa Ranch is not only beautiful, famous and fun, but it has an amazing Hawaiian history and is a sacred valley. Please promote the beautiful places on Oahu, but PLEASE RESPECT THE CULTURE AND SACRED PLACES! Mahalo

Fun video - thanks! On your video, at Kualoa I saw those beautiful mountains. Do I have to go inside there to see those views? or can you see them elsewhere? ok later in the video I see them behind the temple but it seems to block part of the view.
We're a retired couple and won't be climbing Chinaman's Hat 😂 but I am thinking of having us do the counter clockwise tour of Oahu (Just one day- next day we'll see Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head). Do you have a video on that? I don't want to stop at so many places we feel rushed but would like to see the highlights of some of the rest of the island (near the end of September).
Aloha!! Actually.. you can see thr Mountains from the side of the road and at Kualoa Beach Park. But I would go do a Movie Tour inside the Ranch. And I do have vids on Honolulu and others on Things to Do and Eat in the area like Pearl Harbor too. Hope this helps👍🤙

Love your videos , but don’t like that you are telling visitors about restricted areas and even breaking the law going on closed trails. I lived in Kahaluu and worked at the Tropical MacNut Farm for years. Kualoa Ranch is not only beautiful, famous and fun, but it has an amazing Hawaiian history and is a sacred valley. Please promote the beautiful places on Oahu, but PLEASE RESPECT THE CULTURE AND SACRED PLACES! Mahalo
