Yes, we need to reject our feelings about everything negative in our lives and focus instead on the Voice of the Holy Spirit. His Voice is all that matters.
Just because we are stress/ anxious for a certain period of time, or we have anger problems, or when we have problems in life and we get overhelmed because we don't know how to solve them, that does not mean the holy's spirit swetness have went away

I think when vlad says that you don't alway to say what you feel I think you should not just save your feeling but let it go maybe reading your bible, painting, drawing, etc❤ and let it go with that ask me any question

I think the Holy Spirit loves when we humble ourselves before him and just be vulnerable to him that he can know that we need him
Even tho we can complain to GOD, is better to ask him for help, instead of complaining all the time❤
