Antifragile is quite hard.But I learnt it in 3 days while taking rest so I don't get tired and find it irritating. For tutorial I suggest you to watch LEIA's tutorial as she explains every detail and is a professional
2 days ago i learned dice by nmixx and it was so easy to learn as a beginner it only took 2 days and today is my first day to start dancing, today is 23/7 remind me after a week to check the results👍🏻

I've danced to itzy loco and sometimes black mamba but I remember that I did icsm very much and it helped I did these and lost 3 kgs maybe in a week I don't remember now I'm starting again
I did loco and antifragile uhm lets say i lost 5-6 kg i did antifragile 9 times for 1 week and loco 2 times in a day for a week (ok i think i broke my thumb bc of loco's dancebreak..)

GUYS be careful it is not reasonable to lose 5kg in one week the average is 0.5 - 1 kg in a week but bodies are different so u might lose more or less but you might hurt yourself the best thing is do these dances but not too much and do not overwork yourself and remember just keep doing these dances a couple of times each day for a certain time until u notice changes in your body not only losing weight bcz u need to lose fat plz be careful while doing this and this is really not healthy to lose 5kg in a week please look after yourself and don't hurt yourself okay? If u really want to do this just make sure to dance these like 5 times in a day for like 3 weeks if you want to lose weight in a healthy weight and if you have good stamina u can add other dances with that i dance icsm 5 times a day with some other dances but i really recommend icsm bcz it really helps with thigh fat and make u gain thigh muscles byt make sure to stretch before every dance u do and TAKE BREAKS ok i am talking of an 8 months experience
@@Cute_strawberry59 The weight you lost is only body fluids the amount of fat that you lost is so small so instead of focusing on the scale measure ypyr waist thighs etc and notice the changes in some weeks because there is no way to speed up fat loss you need to be patient and not overwork your body that can cause injuries trust me i have a lot of experience in that topic i recommend slow weight loss and also counting on body measurements instead of the scale and you will lose weight and you won't gain it back easily bcz fast weight loss means fast weight gain you are aiming for fat loss not only the scale number

Guys losing 5kg per week is really unhealthy, it may sound tempating but they are consequences to rapid weight loss. 1-2 kg per week is healthier!

I did loco and antifragile uhm lets say i lost 5-6 kg i did antifragile 9 times for 1 week and loco 2 times in a day for a week (ok i think i broke my thumb bc of loco's dancebreak..)

GUYS be careful it is not reasonable to lose 5kg in one week the average is 0.5 - 1 kg in a week but bodies are different so u might lose more or less but you might hurt yourself the best thing is do these dances but not too much and do not overwork yourself and remember just keep doing these dances a couple of times each day for a certain time until u notice changes in your body not only losing weight bcz u need to lose fat plz be careful while doing this and this is really not healthy to lose 5kg in a week please look after yourself and don't hurt yourself okay? If u really want to do this just make sure to dance these like 5 times in a day for like 3 weeks if you want to lose weight in a healthy weight and if you have good stamina u can add other dances with that i dance icsm 5 times a day with some other dances but i really recommend icsm bcz it really helps with thigh fat and make u gain thigh muscles byt make sure to stretch before every dance u do and TAKE BREAKS ok i am talking of an 8 months experience
I danced to Antifragile 10 Times and I lost 1,1 kg In 2 days. I think I will lose 3,5kg in a week. But idk
@@Cute_strawberry59 The weight you lost is only body fluids the amount of fat that you lost is so small so instead of focusing on the scale measure ypyr waist thighs etc and notice the changes in some weeks because there is no way to speed up fat loss you need to be patient and not overwork your body that can cause injuries trust me i have a lot of experience in that topic i recommend slow weight loss and also counting on body measurements instead of the scale and you will lose weight and you won't gain it back easily bcz fast weight loss means fast weight gain you are aiming for fat loss not only the scale number
@Cute_strawberry59 and this comment is old i adjusted my dance and workout plan a lot you need to workout too to build muscle and dance as a form of cardio to lose fat

Day 6❌I couldn't do it today for personal reasons
Day 7✅ there's a difference -ive lost 2kg - big difference. take a before and after video to see how much weight you've lost also don't compare yourselves to other people/idols because idols have a diet/workout routine / they dance ALOT . Overall this was pretty good thank you for reading🥰

No I guess just play it and try to copy you will moving your body that will make you lose weight but practice it like 10 times will improve your dance too
Don't need to be perfect in dance, just copy their moves ( even the hard footwork sometimes ), and you will lose weight

I don't recommend it really but if you start to feel cramps or tightness please take a break and drink water when you feel those cramps
