@@harrisonallen651 At least I can survive an episode with Rebecca or Nia. I doubt I can get through Billy's episode again without tearing my hair out in frustration.
Here is my story about Billy. It will be titled as "Silly Billy's Redemption". This story will take place after the events of "Don't Be Silly Billy". Billy is beginning to feel remorseful and guilty about his disobedience and bratty attitude towards Thomas. But when the railway becomes busier than ever, Billy gets a second chance and Thomas decides to teach him how to shunt trains for the other engines. And instead of disobeying, Billy finally begins to learn to listen to advice and do as he is told. But some other engines do not trust Billy one bit, not even Percy, Mavis and Diesel. It soon changes when a runaway Diesel goes too fast with the troublesome trucks pushing behind him and it's up to Billy to redeem himself and save the day in order to prove himself a useful engine and that he has changed his ways!
I have a more interesting theory D199 Bowler and Diesel 10 are the same Why?: D199 Was kicked out of sodor, he repainted himself and returned as Bowler, he got kicked out again, he crashed on his way back to the mainland (somewhere in barrow) and met Splatter and Dodge in the mainland dieselworks, they repainted him again, added a claw and removed his middle window
Billy had potential to be a well-rounded character. The problem is that this potential was shattered because the only episode ever to have Billy appear, just had to be written by Sharon Miller.
I really had no problem with Nia or Rebecca as characters. I hated that they replaced Edward and Henry, but I felt that they were at least harmless with regards to their personalities and they seemed to exist for a reason beyond just selling toys or making bad jokes, something that can't be said about Charlie or Billy.

There actually kind of the same because in season 13 Billy was supposed to return, but replaced him with a new character, Charlie because they had to market a new character.
In my opinion, I actually like Billy. Billy may be annoying, but maybe if he had a better voice, he could be a better character. Billy did find Thomas bossy, which if you think about it, makes sense. If I was in Billy's shoes, I'd probably think Thomas was bossy too, but I wouldn't say that, and do what he told me to do. Maybe if he had a better voice and arrived to the railway in the attitude he had at the end of Don't Be Silly Billy, he could be a likable character.
Maybe put Billy in a situation where he has to work with Bradford, and Billy takes is strict and uptight nature for being rude and unhelpful, only to later on cause confusion and delay and damage Bradford to the point where he needed to be taken to the works.

Like wtf?
They re-designed the engines idk what season just to make them blend in with Nia and Rebecca, but it's fucking pointless because if Edward and Henry weren't redesigned was because Mattel chose two new characters to replace Wilbert's original number 2 and 3 engines, how shitty, Henry and Edward we're good characters! And they replaced them?! BULLFUCK!
I never hated billy. I found him kinda cute. Idk why
4:20 bro the tracks weren't even switched but he turns.
The Mario Kart Wii music as background music is great.

My face when I realize I'm still a virgin.
im glad this came out on my birthday
Dang….enough with the hate with Billy and Charlie. Especially Billy. What happened with compassion and mercy yall
I bet billy got scrapped
Billy has potential if they played on the fact he is an insufferable little shit and made that fun in writing. A lot of the engines are egotistical brats who think they should be giving orders instead of following them, but it's usually well written and meets a satisfying comeuppance. Billy being this loathesome prick accusing anyone who gives him simple corrections or commands as being some bossy Nazi could be funny in a classic-styled storyline where he always gets punished in a satisfying way, like say rather than everyone ELSE suffering because of him, HE gets screwed by his bad actions, and takes it out on his "oppressive" peers.
Ya know the best thing you can say about billy and charlie? They didnt replace anybody. Their inclusion hurt no one. We lost nothing for having them.
Literally just subbed today, what are the odds.
@Rideman Eyyy, how'd you know? :)
I miss these videos!
It's a problem when a character is so hated their wiki page is vandalized with an image of Quagmire Chungus.
what page i needed see this
@@ianschwartz08 It was Nias, which has since been restored.
@@hyperiongm330 im not surprised, those characters replaced 2 characters that were well known and liked
@@Damian-cilr2 Three technically, Toby's not on the show anymore either.
Another similarity is Norman is the brother of Dennis. They both have the same type of design of an old diesel engine.
These two are like Sodor's finest, but not Sodor's finest
Billy was fine to me and I also had a Wooden Railway toy of Billy so maybe that is why I like Billy.
I have a wooden railway Billy to I guess I didn't like him cuz he looked ugly
He ThInKs YoU aRe A vErY bOsSy EnGeRiNe 🤣🤣 Also, Why does Charlie BOUNCE when he goes along the tracks
Billy was a throwaway one-off character, Charlie was supposed to be a comedian but none of his jokes were funny, Nia is just sort of there and Rebecca i actually like.
Billy is a character that I loved. That's all I have.
Nobody needs to know that
can you do a top ten most favorite characters and least favorite
Arthur and Bell are twins
I still agree that Tomy did a better job than Mattel
Way better
He thinks you’re a bossy boiler, me Harty!
Charlie is better than Billy. Charlie just tell jokes and Billy dosent listen.
I particularly enjoy Billy, very much actually, Charlie however
I hate him, very very much
Rebecca didn't only replace an Awdry character, but also a former yellow tender engine
Molly?…
@@DashkinsPreciousTigerUwU69 The one and only.
great video. you changed my opinion on them
I never noticed that they looked the same
Then you're blind
